Numberpadless Mechanical Keyboards

GalacticBacon

I was just looking for a cheap, numberpadless mechanical keyboard, just to take to school etc. (Doesn't matter what colour switch)

Any suggestions?

What do you consider cheap? If you're taking it to school I assume you want a quite one right? Which means you do care what color switch....

Cheapest tenkeyless I know is CM Storm Quick Fire Rapid, and usually the blue switch edition is the one that's on sale, and you do not want to bring that for use in school. It will be so loud to the point you might annoy everyone around you.

I would also go for the Coolermaster QuickFire Rapid. NCIX sometimes have the Cherry MX blue version on weekend sales for $60 I think.

Cheers Guys, I was looking at the CM Storm Quick Fire Rapid Chery MX Black, But I live in Australia and the cheapest here is $99 (and then about $20 shipping) >.<

Just a quick question, much difference from a Red to a Black Switch? I'm using a corsair K90 now that has the Cherry Mx Red switches

Just imagine red switches to be heavier, and there you go that's black switches.

the blacks are twice as heavy as the reds. In my opinion a world in difference, but I actually like blacks, but hate reds. Reds are way to easy to press down!

(Comming soon)
