phppgAdmin - login failed

Hello,

I've ran into trouble trying to create web access to my database, and hope someone could help.I run a Windows 7 machine. I installed PostgreSQL 9.4, imported database from dump file, the data is there. I want to make web access, so on the same machine through included Stack Builder I installed phppgAdmin. In open phppgAdmin window I see server PostgreSQL with a red cross. When I try to login with credentials that work in pgAdmin III, I get login failed. I created new role for login but it was useless. I edited pg_hba.conf, added 0.0.0.0/0 to allow access for all, nothing. In postgres.conf the server is listening on all adresses and port 5432. After each change, I restarted service. Googling doesn't help.

Any ideas? I would be really thankful.
