Fortnite Crash

Hello there, for the past few months, I have been experiencing crashing while playing Fortnite. The messages that appears when I crash reads either, "GPU CRASHED", or "Application Has Hung".  I have tried all tips that I could find on the internet, for none of them to work.  I have contacted Epic Games many times about the issue, but in the end, they only say that they do not have any solutions to fix my issue. This leaves me in a bad spot because I have tried all options to fix the issue and do not know what else to try.

 

I was hoping that someone may have experienced this issue before and may be able to help me solve my problem. I will take any possible solutions to try.

 

Hardware specs :

 

Motherboard - Gigabyte B365M DS3H

 

CPU - Intel i5 9th gen 9400

 

GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 ti

 

RAM - 16gb Corsair DDR4 3200 mhz
