Using Steam Play to play Windows and native Linux games

I can enable Steam Play for all titles with Proton, but the issue is, I cannot play native Linux games without disabling this option.

Is there any way to play unsupported Windows games, and native Linux games simultaneously?

There is no dropdown for that. After playing around for a bit, I figured out that you can install the native games you want with Steam Play off, then turn it on, and it should play the installed native games, and WIndows games with proton just fine.
