2FA calling for microsoft account

Hello,

Does anybody know how to turn on two-factor authentication calling for microsoft account?

I had it for my old mobile number but can't seem to enable it on the current mobile number.
Basically, when enabled it shows an option to send the 2FA  code by calling, instead of  sending a text.
