Fans Stop Spinning At Idle

TopSpeed
Go to solution Solved by TopSpeed,

Well maybe you could adjust the fan curve in the BIOS? You should be able to do that with any piece of software for fans.

Actually just figured it out. It was a setting in AI Suite that was causing it. Thanks for your suggestions though!

I'm running Windows 8.1 and whenever the computer is locked and idle for a few minutes, all of the chassis fans will stop working. The CPU and CPU_OPT still continue to function. How can I make sure the chassis fans don't stop spinning?

Thanks

Not sure software wise but you could hook them all up to a fan controller.

Hi TopSpeed....I am also using AISuite 3 in Windows 8.1 and it is very frustrating to use, especially when I want to control GPU temperatures. May, I ask what settings did you change in AISuite?
