need help with android phone ( stuck on logo screen)

as in the title i am stuck on hte samsung logo screen, i can not go in recovery mode, but i can boot in odin mode.

the phone is an SM-A500FU.

I was going to follow this video: 

but i don't have the firmware for the phone and since it is old i struggle in finding it online, can someone help me ?

 

the accident happened while trying to root the device.

 

Is it there a way to use a non official firmware eg lineage os which should be easier to find ?

 

I'm really sorry I know this stuff is probably super stupid but it is the first time i experiment with android
