16gb (8gb x2) Dual Channel Kit RAM only shows half of the memory capacity

I recentyl migrated my rig to another chassis. On the process, I removed the gpu and both of my 2 ram sticks for an easy installation. I removed the sticks because i found out that it was hard to install the aio on the top of the case. I then assembled it back to its original places. Being the ram seated in the right slots, A2-B2. But when it booted, see attached picture below. And when i went to the task  manager on windows, it said that my other 8gb was compressed and was hardware reserved.

 

Can i disable the Hardware Reserved memory? What seems to be the problem?

yes i have but same problem occurs
