How can I disable a Chrome's API?

Recommended Posts

My Corsair iCUE just updated and now Chrome is catching my media keys, so they are working on YouTube rather than on Spotify, rendering them useless to me, so I would like to disable the recently added to Chrome Media Session API. Anyone knows how to do this? I know I could downgrade my iCUE, but I would rather try other solutions first.
