I recently built a new pc and i have been experiencing random crashes and black screens where the computer completely freezes up and sometimes crashes a program this especially happens when i am using blender where it will raise my core and memory clock to max and cause blender to crash. i have redownloaded drivers updated my motherboards bios and even reinstalled windows and at this point i am lost at what to do. I have seen that by lowering the core clock that some get better stability and that has helped but not fixed my problems. My GPU (Sapphire Radeon RX580 4gb) causes my pc to crash at all games and even some videos. All the Drivers are up to date, I bought it Second Handed On OfferUp and he tried to use them for mining but he said he was unsuccessful with it and he also said that he tested them beforehand and said they all worked fine, I also tested them and they 'worked' fine. It seems to crash when it gets above 52C, but I'm just thinking of upgrading at this point

Hi... So my PC started randomly restarting 3 Months ago... it came out of no where and the System worked perfectly fine before. The Eventlog showed a fatal Error: Kernel-Power, Event-ID: 41. First things I did were changing settings in my system, updating all the drivers (BIOS, GPU, CPU, etc.), throttling down the hardware, watching the temperatures and waiting for another random restart. 2 days later, running without a problem, the next restart happened... After googling and asking some friends I first tested the RAM with memtest86 for 3 times and had 0 Errors, the RAM is compatible and even with lower frequency and higher timings the restarts happened. Then I changed the PSU but it didnt help, the PC is still restarting like 4 times a week... After that I installed Windows on a new M2.SSD that i bought, hoping that its maybe just Windows fault... ....still restarting. I benchmarked the System like 5 to 10 times in a row without a problem, but then when I play, watch a video or just chill in discord the restarts appear. So all thats left is the Motherboard, the CPU or the power outlet. I really dont think its the power outlet because my 2 monitors and a desk lamp always stay on... If I had the money I would just buy a new Motherboard / CPU but I am not sure if it is the real problem here... If anyone knows what could help me I would be very happy if you comment! Hi A few days ago I was chilling editing some small funny video in premiere pro it was 1080 / 720 p low bitrate so it wasn't some hard work for my pc. Suddenly my pc blue screened. It said it has to restart or something like that and it did that. Unfortunately after seeing windows profile selector / logging page(?) It showed blue screen once more. Pc restarted and brought back bios standard settings. Then I can try turning on windows but it always ends up with blue/green screen before letting me enter whole password. I tried a few basic fixes from Google/ Microsoft forums but they didn't work Then I tried using windows flash usb to fix system/ reinstall it. Fixing system doesn't fix nothing, I cannot also reinstall latest installed state of windows and while I wanted to install windows 11 (like on new machine) it said that I don't have tpm 2.0. (My pc has it but i have to turn it on in bios but since its settings are restoring almost everytime I turn on computer it's really hard to do and even if i finally set up all things correctly in security panel it says that it haven't detected any trust platform modules or something similar). I also tried changing rams places with each other it didn't do anything. I hope u will help me somehow. Hello, I recently upgraded my pc from a ryzen 3 1200 to a ryzen 5 3600. Other pc spec are: Mobo - Asrock AB350M pro4 Ram - 2x4gb ddr4 corsair vengeance 3000mhz gpu - msi armor rx580 4gb psu - corsair cx550m storage - samsung 970 evo 250gb (boot) seagate barracuda 1tb (storage) Before doing that I obviously upgraded the motherboard bios from asrock website and after the swapping I also downloaded new chipset drivers from amd website and upgraded my gpu drivers. I also uninstalled the old cpu drivers from control panel. After some time I'm getting constant issues with video output and bios: 1. Bios takes a long time and keeps getting stuck sometimes, needing me to press the reset button. 2. When pc goes in sleep mode (either by manual or automatic) for at least 1 hour or so, after that I'm unable to wake it up and receive no video signal whatsoever, I need then to press the reset button or just turn off. 3. Weird video glitches (rare, once a week or 2) and video output turning off and then on after a few seconds. Apart from these things the computer behaves perfectly with games and other intense loads, and the performance is as expected (cpu temps always under 70C under load with stock cooler). Thanks in advance for any help.

So I have a GIGABYTE GA970A DS3P motherboard and an FX 6300 CPU. I had it for about half a year now. Today was a power shortage and my PC was running at that time. When I came home it was stuck in a boot loop. First I would hear two short loud beeps. Then after a few seconds with a blank display, I would hear a normal post beep with the post screen appearing only for a split second. I can't enter the BIOS. Then after that the GIGABYTE DUAL BIOS UEFI screen would appear with no options. Just a blue background. I've tried everything from swapping RAM sticks around and resetting the CMOS. Still the same. Nothing works. I've taken the mobo out and unplugged everything. Still nothing. Here is a short video... https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6X-knt7isx7U2dJdDNJY1RmRk0

Hello, I'm having a problem for some while. Every time I turn my PC power on, the newly bought RAM randomly recognized or doesn't. Both Windows 10 and newly updated BIOS. Did got a replacement, but didn't fix the problem. Don't know the exact cause and hope someone gives me the answer or advice. Symptoms are.. -Turning the PC off has a random chance of recognizing the RAM. -Just restarting in Windows10 or pressing the reset-button on the PC doesn't seems to work. -The new RAM only work like this on the 1st slot from the left.(other slots doesn't work at all, as far as I tried.) the old RAM I have is in the 5th slot from the left.(total 8 slots) new=DIMM_A1 / old=DIMM_D1 -As long as the power in on the recognition stays.(even it is on sleep mode.) -Not doing any overclocking. PC spec is.. CPU -i7-5820K MotherBoard -ASUS X99-pro usb3.1 RAM -Corsair Vengeance LPX 8G (24000Mhz) -Tammuz DDR4 8G PC4-17000 CL15 (2133MHz)(new) GPU -ASUS GTX980 STRIX OS -Windows 10 64bit POWER -SuperFlower LEADEX platinum 1000W(changed while having this problem nothing changed) P.S - Haven't used English for a long while, sorry if my English feels odd or wrong.

I have an Athlon X4 860K and I ran an aida64 stress test on it (cpu, fpu, cache). It went from 3.9GHZ to 1.7GHZ randomly despite being at a temperature of only 45-40 degrees celsius. Is this normal?

Hello everyone! I'm always playing battlefield 1 when this occurs, but I haven't done much else on my computer recently. I experience sudden game crashes, sometimes after a few short freezes, and the signal to my display is (usually) lost. When the signal remains I see very odd artifacts and windows menus stop working correctly (see video showing this behavior) even after I completely kill battlefield 1. I have played battlefield 1 a lot before on this system without this happening. It seems to be more frequent as of recently. Seems to fix itself after a simple reboot, but it reoccurs. System specs: GPU: Msi r9 390 CPU: i5 4690k (not OC) MOBO: Msi g43 gaming SSD: Samsung 830 series HDD: WD Black 1TB RAM: 2x 4GB HyperX Savage DDR3 1600 MHz OS: Windows 10 home 64x OddPcBehavior.mp4

So I got a Sapphire RX 5600XT Pulse yesterday and it emits a weird high pitch sound all the time, both during idle and during load. I first thought that this was coil whine. But after looking around on Youtube for this sound I could never find it. Maybe it isn't coil whine? Also. When the card was in the second PCI-E spot yesterday I heard nothing. But when I this morning noticed that I put it in the wrong spot, I switched it. And it was at this time that the noise started to appear. I could just change the spot and the sound would go away? Is it worth it? Sometimes it's constant and sometimes it's in invtervals every 0,5 sec. You might want to turn volume up since you hear the fans a lot. Link to sound: https://streamable.com/pl294 Please help. EDIT: The sound is not from the card. But either from the MBD or the CPU.

I've been trying to boot a HP elitedesk 800 g1 ssf that I bought used. I made sure the seller could boot a USB as he sold it to me without any type of storage. Here's my problem. I can't get any monitor to display an image. At first I was getting a boot loop with a single beep every loop. Then I switched out the AC wall cord and then the machine started to beep five times completely power on, fans full blast and stay that way (until I unplugged it of course). HP help website says that's good (I forget what exactly but it resets something allowing for a "healthy" boot). That bit is probably explained by the USB bootloader, and keyboard being taken out of the equation. I honestly don't know what to do next. I've cleared CMOS several times and the only thing left is to try a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter (PC to screen source) instead of VGA but I feel that'll be the least likely "fix" being a digital signal that has to be converted twice for the two monitors that will except HDMI. I've tried three monitors and two VGA cables in various combinations up to this point. I suppose I'll also try some more Googling but between my knowledge of 20+ years and HP's own website I'm a little miffted and frankly tired. So here's to hoping someone knows some tips or tricks I may not know or could be overlooking which I can take to the bank (AKA thanks in advance). Finally allowing me to play my steam catalog at acceptable frame rates.?

So recently i had acquired a 144hz 27inch AOC C27G1 monitor and is great but... games only seem to be running at 80-85fps and I'm pretty stumped at what it could be, I had been using a 75hz 24inch LG monitor (not sure about the model) before i "upgraded" and it was getting 250-300fps on titles such as call of duty modern warfare and now its getting way lower but not just on that game its happening of all the games i have (BeamNG drive, GTA 5, Far cry 5 etc). I'm running a Strix RTX 2070 Super with a i5-8600a and 8gb RAM (i know i need more) on a Strix Z390-F motherboard w/600w PSU. All Nvidia drivers are up to date but i couldn't install the monitor drivers but didn't think that would do much as i didn't do it for my old monitor either. Do i need to get more RAM? upgrade CPU? please help! I don't want to have to spend money if i can avoid it but if it'll fix my problem then I'm all ears or eyes? thanks ?

For about 3 months or so I`m getting really strange low FPS on particular games for my rig. The problem is the problem is that I`m getting very low FPS on games that i should be getting more frames. For example on overwatch i get a pretty high fps of 300+ on low and r6 siege is normal aswell, but on games that are supposed to be very easy to run like CSGO or League of Legends i get a max 180 and 140 fps with everything on minimum. I can`t find something that can help me troubleshoot what may be causing the low FPS, both Cinebench r20 and 3D mark have normal scores for the specs and the temps are really fine. If you guys know how to troubleshoot this I would be gatefull. Ryzen 2700x Rtx 2060 32gb 3600mhz
