Hello! I'm new around this forum and I thought of this section to ask some questions regarding monitor arms/stands. Currently, my WFH setup has two monitors: - Dell P2419H - from work - BenQ GW2480 - my monitor At the moment, I have a dual monitor stand from some no-name brand proprietary from eMAG (Romania's answer for amazon.com - and yes, I'm from Romania). It holds the monitors quite well, but for a while, one of the arms started to tilt down and I can't adjust it to align the monitors to be on the same height. Since this is an issue and I don't know how much time it will hold, I decided that I should change the monitor stand. But I have some questions regarding monitor stands/arms: 1. Is it worth it to have one dual monitor stand or two single monitor stands for each monitor? 2. Are monitor arms that use gas springs more sturdy/useful? Also, can those monitor stands be installed more "stealthy"? More precisely - my desk is not so wide (the width of the desk table is 60 cm) and it sits next to the wall. Also, I am looking for a desk-mounted stand as it gives more flexibility than having a wall-mounted stand.

Dell makes computers. Dell makes monitors. You would think that Dell could find a way to merge the two without making an all-in-one – And you’d be right! Let’s look at the OptiPlex 7070 Ultra… Buy Dell OptiPlex 7070 Ultra Desktop (PAID LINK): https://geni.us/ONKV

Hey guys. I wanted to buy a new dual monitor stand. So finally I stumbled upon this stand, which is pretty well priced(I guess, at around $25). The stand seems to be very good, at least from the reviews. But my table has a lip of just around 3cm. Would that be a good enough? I just want to confirm. My lip is pretty small. Would like a response from people who have actually installed this stand. Thanks. EDIT: If you're wondering by what I meant by "Lip", here is what it is:

I've been considering getting a monitor mount for my build in early 2021, as I'll be carrying over my old 1080p monitor. Once I save up, I'll pair it with a 1440p 144Hz monitor (Dell S2721DGF, MSI MAG274QRF-QD, or whatever else keyboard spam Hardware Unboxed recommends) In my area, the store I trust the most sells North Bayou wallmounts. Are these reliable/durable? I don't want to spend my money on a stand that'll go break on me and possibly take a monitor or something else with it. They're selling the North Bayou NB-F160 and NB-195A mounts, but I can't find any sources on the difference between the two. If it helps, my desk has ample space for a mount and my old monitor is an ASUS VP249QGR. Could anybody describe the reliability of these mounts, and if I need to keep anything else in mind?

I currently have a 29" ultrawide monitor, as well as a 24" 1920x1080p monitor. I mainly use the 24" for games such as CSGO, as it has a refresh rate of 144 hz, and the ultrawide for games such as Fallout 4 and GTA, as the monitor has a much better image. I currently have both just sitting on my desk, but I will normally bring my 24" monitor in front of the ultrawide (and vise versa) when I am playing games on that monitor. Are there any monitor stands that would allow me to move both monitors around without having to pick them up every time I want to move them? Like, with moving arms or something. The ultrawide is an LG 29UM67 and the 24" is an Asus MG248Q. Thank you

I'm currently thinking of getting a cheap monitor from ebay and putting it w/ my current monitor using a duo vesa stand or smthing similar. But then I realized that the monitor I have (this) is using this samsung-only stand and has no VESA mount brackets. Ok. I tried doing some research and came up with these fancy "adapters" that can hold the monitor on their edges. BUT, this monitor is curved. Back to the drawing board. Then, I found this. http://gladiatorjoe.com/Samsung-27-Curved-LED-Monitor-CF591-Series-VESA-Mount-GJ0A0071.htm It's a vesa mount from Gladiator Joe, made just for this monitor. BUT... I'm pretty much stuck with this stand for now. Any Ideas guys?

Hello, I was just wondering what the best recommendation would be for a new monitor stand that can support dual One monitor a 32" one and model will be down below, need help finding one that will support the 32" These are the two monitors Samsung 32" CHG70 Gaming Monitor https://www.samsung.com/us/computing/monitors/gaming/32--chg70-gaming-monitor-with-quantum-dot-lc32hg70qqnxza/#specs EDIT: I have been informed that the 28" does not support VESA mount so I guess all I need now is just one that supports one monitor the 32" one and replaces that stand thanks for the help

Hi y'all, I have two 27" VESA compatible monitors and I'm planning to put them on a stand. So as the title says, what would be better? I'm asking in terms of the practical side since I can't guess all the pros/cons of having either one of them. Answers like "I own single pole with two stands but I wish I had two separate because..." will help me a lot. I don't care about the esthetics and the design of the stands so I don't mind seeing 2 poles attached to my desk. So far for me the only good reason of choosing two separed is if I need to move one of the monitors away and I would need to put it back on its default stand. Cheers!

After my new purchase of a 34" ultra wide, I went online to look up for possible setups and monitor stands that could accommodate for that new display while also keeping my existing one, a 1080p 23" display. When looking up online, I found a ton of posts about dual monitors vs ultra wide, but nothing about dual monitor setups that include one or multiple ultra wide monitors. So here I come to you guys for help/ to start a discussion: if you do own a double monitor ultra wide set up, what monitor stand do you use and what configuration do you have your screen in? What stands do you use? Show me your lovely set ups! I might use them as inspiration! (Also, if anyone could help me find a monitor stand available on Amazon Canada that would accommodate an ultra wide and a regular monitor in stacked configuration, that would be lovely of you).

I'm looking for a Vesa mount monitor arm that will support a 21:9 Ultrawide in the middle (Kogan 35" curved Ultrawide 200hz Freesync gaming monitor) and then two regular 24 inch monitors on the side. If anyone knows of any stands/arms that can do that, it would be greatly appreciated

Hi Guys Looking at gettin this Aavara AV-DS610 6 24-32 Inch monitor stand but i dont know anything about that brand. I have being looking at an Ergotech stand for ages but was going to cost a small fortune to get it in australia. Someone on amazon australia was selling it for $12,000 for some reason. If you know of the brand or a stand thats good that will support 3 27inch monitors on the bottom and 1 27inch on top let me know. Thanks

Im trying to decide between 2 monitor stands. The Ergotech Triple LCD Monitor Desk Mount Stand with Telescopic Wings/3 Screens up to 27" (100-C16-B03-TW) $170 USD Or The EZM Deluxe Triple Monitor Mount Stand Desktop Clamp Supports up to 3 28"(002-0019) $80 USD Both get amazing reviews but I cant seem to find many direct comparisons. Probably because not many people buy 2 different triple monitor stands.

Hey guys i need your opinion on my plans to making a wood monitor stand ... as i am NOT a wood master ^^' do you think 3 cm thick wood will support my monitor ? i need this to "hide" my keyboard bellow so i can have more place to study .... it needs to have a bottom gap of 43 cm between the legs so the keyboard fits and 10 cm height (or 12 ? what do you think ?) . i made a basic sketch of waht i have in mind. i tested the 10cm height with some books and it feels good for me.

Hey guys, I've been using a triple monitor stand for a while now and daily I'm annoyed with it's alignment. I almost wish I had kept the stands that the monitors themselves came with instead. YouTube video showing what's wrong: I just want everything to be straight, look good, and not be misaligned all the time. I find myself constantly adjusting the monitors, especially the main middle one, to the right and left all the time and I have no idea why. One day, it's position will be fine, the next, it'll look completely off to me. I've tried using a level (LOL) that didn't work at all, using a level, it had me adjust the monitor waaaay to the left, making it dip at an extreme level to the left, with the right side of the monitor pointing upwards over the left end. So, that made zero sense. I'm using 3 of these monitors: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009HNEBLK/ And I'm using this monitor stand: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006JG9RQ2 All of this should work perfectly and be aligned perfectly. The monitors are all 27", and the stand supports 3 monitors of up to 28". What I'd love is for all 3 of my monitors to align like these: https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/41b9vK440yL.jpg , https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/71XaR90yxrL.jpg , https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/71U0Hn96UdL.jpg , https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/7147tdBinzL.jpg It doesn't make any sense why they aren't lining up like that. Am I just being too picky? Do I have an actual case here? What's going on? Tips, hints, and suggestions?

So I'm looking to get a dual monitor stand. I currently have the rog swift (g-sync) and plan on getting another 27" Asus monitor that will also bee 1440p. My only question is which dual monitor stands should I go with. My biggest concern is the weight of the rog swift. I was also thinking of just going with a solo monitor stand for just the 2nd monitor. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal since the rog swift doesn't need to be moved that often and again the weight. So what do you guys recommend.

Looking for a triple monitor stand that will work in my situation. I've got a 34" HP 1440p monitor that I would like to partner with two 22" Gateway 1080p monitors. I would like to either have the two 22"s over the 34" (2 over 1), or the 34" in the middle, and the 22"s on the ends (three across). Anybody know of some stand (or arms) that will accommodate this without breaking the bank?

I just upgraded from three 24" to one 27". The issue is the monitor is too close to my face, even when sitting back a bit. Are there any mounts out there for this situation? Something that doesn't extend and maybe even goes back away from me

Dear Gents and Ladies, I've been dealing with a problem for the last couple of months and i don't seem to find a solution, hopefully somebody here can help. I have a very cool bed. It's very cool because I built it myself This very cool bed has a big and tall headboard that doubles as a backrest, because my bed doubles as a couch. The headboard is made of the same standard wood that normal desks are made, 18 mm thick. Here is an idea (mad Paint skillz, I know ): I am looking for a monitor stand that can clamp to the side of the headboard and the monitor can be attached in such a way that is facing me (towards the clamp) and when i want to put it away it can sit flush with the headboard, the monitor facing the room. Does anybody know of such a stand? That can fit a 27" inch monitor? I would really appreciate any help. Thank you
