Since that time i have been playing and have almost over 1500h playtime, i made my own server and looking survivors to join, server have many good and awesome mods, come join and look yr self. Whenever I start up Dayz it moves the whole windows a bit down to the right and whenever I try to adjust the resolution (which I currently have at 1920x1080x32) ther windows just goes all weird and the mouse would not hit what I was holding it over.

Hi I'm trying to get into Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead DayZ so I downloaded DayZ Launcher so I could the the DayZ mods like Epoch, Overwatch, Origins, etc. When I weent into the settings tab in DayZ Launcher the only path shown was the Arma 2 path and there is no Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead path. I am wondering how to get the path to show. Here is a picture to show what I am talking about. Thanks.

So my steam workshop takes up about 50 gigabytes when I want to play Arma 3 exile from those mods alone. I am curious, can I change the location of this folder, and If I do, will it negate the faster load time that my ssd is supposed to give? I'd like to have the game on my SSD for faster loading, and my mods on the 1TB HDD so I can save space on the SSD.

Hi. I am a Arma 2 DayZ vanilla and Overpoch (custom verson of epoch and overwatch). My group and I want to get into Arma 3, as the community in Arma 2 is dying out. We used to play on CCGs servers, but they seem to be very empty, except for a short while during peek-hours. We used to play on Taviana, had a huge built base, lots of vehicles etc. Are there any good servers for Arma 3 DayZ where you have shops, building and missions? I dont know about the different mods for Arma 3, but they should include all that. And preferably on Taviana or Chernarus.

Hey guys, So im planning to use a MSI R9 390 with a skylake i5 6500 in my planned pc build. I intend on playing DayZ Standalone but im concerned about what FPS ill get at playing on High settings at 1080p. I cant seem to find any decent benchmarks with this card in DayZ SA ,so has anyone had any experience with the MSI R9 390 ? Be very much appreciated cheers.

Okay, so I see the complete edition of Arma II is on sale on steam for $8. I would get to to play DayZ, but I don't know how to install DayZ after getting the bundle. I've seen so many different ways, can somebody show me the official way of doing it, or at least the most popular so I can play on servers?

most of you are going to say well dayz is in testing stage is what i dont want to hear becuz i know this ok heres the problem my gf is having trouble with dayz and its the background textures they dont show at all so what i did was test my game and it works just fine on windows 10 so my question is how do i update dx12 her gpu is all update i dont see any problem with it at all and she is able to play bf and all other games

I seem to be having a problem playing DayZ Standalone on Windows 10. At first installation, it failed to load up the game because of BattlEye Client. I searched online to seek if there was a way to fix the issue; one of the BattlEye Devs have posted a reply to one of the Forum Post in Steam indicating that we HAD to MANUALLY download the BattlEye Client to our OS and manually delete the file and replace; which I have done so. Once I did the steps thoroughly and carefully, the game loaded up properly without BattlEye failing. Now this is the BIG problem... The game is properly loaded up, I see the Main Menu and have access into the Settings/Options to tweak the video graphics to my liking, but there's no visual textures... The game screen is mostly flashing while I roam around the Settings. I thought joining a server would download the texture files that were missing but it just crashes. Unfortunately I have given up on this, I've tried un-installing/installing, deleting the files in c:// and so forth. It's just really irritating and hopefully someone may help. Also... I never had any of this problem when I was on Windows 7. UPDATE: Before any one of you start shitting on the floor, I've had this game since the release (December 2013). I was just wondering if someone else had the same issue and somehow resolved it, I'm not whinging or anything just seeking answers. I do know this game is buggy as fuck which I understand. I really love this game.

So im installing overpoch to play with arma 3 and I'm using ccg but I already have the arma terrain pack downloaded and in the arma 3 directory. I also set the arma 3 directory as my mods folder. For some reason though CCG launcher still insists to download the terrain pack which is 7.5 gigs when I already have it. Anybody know what I can do so the launcher will detect that I already have the mod? Thanks

I just really like the clothing options and customization thats in SA but I want to play on an updated engine that isnt so buggy. Sorry if this is the wrong location, if it is could some staff member move it thanks So, i've tried installing DayZ for few hrs already without no luck and trying multiple different things to fix it, deleting some files, reinstalling steam etc, but i just can't seem to install DayZ on my D: drive for some reason, i can install other games on the drive but for some reason i can't install DayZ on it.. Inside the content_log file it says Failed to preallocate file "D:\Steam\steamapps\downloading\221100\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2013\vcredist_x64.exe" (7194312 bytes) (Not enough disk space) AppID 221100 update changed : Running,Preallocating,Stopping, AppID 221100 update changed : Running,Stopping, AppID 221100 update changed : None AppID 221100 state changed : Uninstalled, (Not enough disk space) Uninstalled app 221100 (Not enough disk space) AppID 221100 scheduler finished : removed from schedule I have no idea why it says "Not enough disk space" since i obviously have room on it as i can install other games on it and my compter shows i have 180gb free space..

Hi there! So my computer has been turning off randomly during gameplay on games such as Guild Wars 2 and DayZ. I am a very novice overclocker and currently have my 5930K set to 4GHz with a vcore of 1.14v. My other computer specs are: Motherboard: Asus Rampage V Extreme Video Card: GTX 560 Ti RAM: G.Skill 2400MHz 32GB Why is my computer randomly shutting off? My thoughts are that either I am pushing the Video Card harder than it can go or my Overclock is unstable. I have been running a 10 minute (I know, not long) Stability test on my computer with Aida64 and my processor seems to be fine with a 100% load. Thoughts anyone? Any help is appreciated.

I was wondering if any of you guys could offer me a good computer configuration that will be under 1400$ and will run DayZ at more or less 60 FPS. P.S. Can anyone tell me if more RAM will make a difference in this games performance? 16GB vs 8GB? Thank you in advance!
