Hi! The question is,should i buy arma 3 ? I like military simulation games,and i have played the game Squad.Which were perfet,i played it when it was free for weekend,and now i see it is sale on arma 3.The difference is squad is 45e and arma is 7e now,i m teen and i m spending my monely wisely lol.I m worried about that i will buy arma and it wont be that i like,i like the(like in squad) you join the server,pick the guy and get deployed on map.I like that 50vs50 for example,i want to play pvp.And arma have a lot of more vehicles and other.And i saw that people coment,that arma is boring if u dont play with friends,or if u arent in any clan/group.and that everyone is playing some scenarios and like that.So is there any similarity like that 50v50,should i buy arma if i m this type of player? So I am trying to uninstall my Arma 3 mods because they keep stopping me from getting mods installed. Whenever i reinstall Arma 3, my mods is still in A3Laucher. Even tho I have unsubsribed AND deleted all mod folders. So when I Install Arma 3 and A3Launcher and press to install mods to a server, my mods are still there! But they are not installed. See picture for example. If I click unsubscribe, and click subscribe again, it doesn't install. Anyone else had this problem?

i have never played arma game but i heard its very good as i play games like csgo ,rb6 , bf1 and mainly fps. but there is too much to understand about game 1) there is lot of dlc or expansion pack and i dont know if i should only buy the main game or do i need to buy any dlc as many games release dlc and everyone start playing dlc and noone plays the game. someone explain dlc system will i miss some game modes if i dont buy dlc. 2) what kind of mode are there to play and which are the famous ones that the main gamebase plays. 3) i have 970 g1 and i7 4790k can i even play it , i heard its not super optimized

Hi! I need help to those parts to my first DIY pc build. My budget is max 2000 $US, but it will be nice if i could get a good build to 1000$. I'm from Denmark, and I plan to buy parts on black friday. I would like to play Arma 3, Just Cause 3, GTA5, Rust, The Culling, Far cry Primal, and in the furture VR games. I would also like to develop games in Unreal Engine and Cryengine. I also do a lot of video editing, color grading, VFX, 3d modeling in blender and composing music. I would a least need 2 TB. A wireless card would be nice but is not a requirement. I need a monitor since the one I have now is 4:3 1024x768 and the colors is off. I also need a keyboard. I have thought about one with red switches. Thanks in advance

I just bought arma 3 last night, and I was hoping to start with some helicopter basics training. When I went into VR training and went to helicopter basics, during the load screen I was hit with a 0x0000005 STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION error. After trying the malloc fix, to no avail, I ended up with even more errors that don't even come up when googling them. The first is 'The instruction at 0x0000000000fd302C referenced memory at 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF. The memory could not be read' The second was while booting, and I was given the error 'q:0000065635'

Hi, I am looking for a custom gaming server for a community of Arma 3 Mil-sim gamers, 150 of us. We are looking to buy and build our own server however we are looking around for suggestion for what would be the best option for us. Our budget is $10,000, Hosting and management will be taken care of. Requirements: Must be able to host 150-200 people at any one time. Must be able to host a minimum of 4 Arma 3 servers with upto 50 mods on each. Must have at least 1gbit connection Must have redundant power, networking and storage Must have both fast storage (at-least 1TB), backup storage, and 'cold' storage. at-least 64GB ram (faster is better when it comes to ARMA)

Hey all, so quick question to anyone decent enough to help me out. For my travel mini atx build I have a gtx 1050 ti, a healthly budget friendly little gpu with enough power to satisfy my relatively small power needs. Im huge into ArmA 3, and paired with my gpu I have an i5 4460 (not oveclockable)—keep in mind I chose these budget parts to just have in my travel build. I also understand how horribly optimized ArmA 3 online is, but anyone know if my decently low frame rates are because of my cpu? And if that is the bottlenecking, anyone recommend a new cpu to help fix my needs at a good price? Thanks!

just got arma 3 and playing for cuoples of days , game is good fun except the fps i am getting is just terrible with 970 and i7 . just wondering how long will the arma 3 will stay alive its 2017 now and this game came in 2013 that a long time even though arma 3 still holds its player base. And when will arma 4 will come to us ,i think it will be more fun as i hope it will be more optimized. arma 3 is like a learning curve for me as i never played an arma game before. -
So I have played over 200 hours on the base Arma 3 game and I think Apex looks super cool but I really want to know if it is worth $35? Is there enough content and is the map good enough to warrant spending that much on DLC? Are some of the sounds different like vehicle sounds and ambient sounds different? Like walking through the jungle do I hear birds and insects or is it just the normal sound from the base game? And any other cool features I would like to know about thanks!

TCG's Realism Division has roots based around hard-core military simulation and relaxed fun. Our training and recruitment division works closely with our prior-military and civilian player base in order to more accurately target our audience of "serious-fun" members in the ArmA III community. Our unit consists of two detachment forces from the United States Army. Our primary force, the 75th Ranger Regiment, deploys two rifle squads, a platoon headquarters, and company headquarters headed by the company commander. Men enlisted with the 75th can expect to experience a more direct combat role by attacking the objective and securing landing zones. Our secondary unit, the 1st Cavalry, consists of several specialized roles ranging from piloting to tank gunning. Men enlisted with the Cavalry will be aiding the 75th by using mechanized, fixed/rotary, or artillery logistics. We run two main OPS a week(Sunday and Wednesday 2100 EST), various Mini-OPs, and also have a public Invade and Annex server. Really looking to get ArmA 3, and I am especially looking forward to the Life Mods (like takistan life) and other mods like Exile. I have a "budget" type PC and setup, but I still manage to get decent performance on most new games. I currently am running: I7 3770 @ 3.4 Ghz GTX 750Ti 2GB DDR5 8GB DDR3 I would appreciate it if you guys could help me out and give some possible expectations on how well I could run this and at what settings.
