*warning* This is a shit load of things to read, if you cant handle story time there is nothing for you here lol. with that said here's the story! Ok so the story begins a week or so ago when I decided to shove a Creative SoundBlaster ZS in my computer, I had it lying around collecting dust so I just said to myself "Whats the worst that can happen lol?" and this is the story of the shit that happened: I shut off my PC and put it on my kitchen table for surgery, touched the tap to ground myself or something and commenced with the operation. I scouted out that the second lowest slot on my motherboard was probably the best place to put it so it wouldn't interfere with my horrible, basically nonexistent, cable management. I unscrewed the cover and slotted the card in, I chose a pink screw and tightened the card into place, also just btw my mobo and PCI openings on the case don't line up that well so I usually have some problem installing new stuff in the case, I routed back the cables I had unplugged to fit it in and put it back in my room. I plugged everything back in except for my headset, flipped the switch on the powersuply and started the computer. It booted right up without any problems and everything seemed fine, I then proceeded to plug in my headset into the sound card and there was no sound, nothing. I was a bit surprised at first but then I remembered that I probably needed some drivers for it so I hoped on google and checked for them and the first result was to Creatives official website, this sound card was ofcourse marked as end-of-line and had no more real support but there was a driver from 2010 on there so I downloaded it and booted the installer. Everything seemed fine until it suddenly said "Please connect hardware you wish to install the drivers for and press OK" I was surprised because it was clearly installed in my case but I gave the PCI card a wiggle and then tried again, same error, and again, same error. At this point I was getting pretty pissed but I shut down the PC, removed the card and reinstalled it and the started it back up and now the driver installer was nice and let me install it. After several reboots during installation of the driver it was finally done so I plugged in my headset to the card again and still nothing, I realized it was not set as the standard unit in the sound controller after a little while and I fiddled around with it for a while to get the right thing selected and I think I deactivated something in the process but I'm really not sure what I deactivated.. I then tried again and after a while I could only get the sound out to work, not the mic but I was fine with that and used the motherboard for the mic and that worked just fine, and that's how I had it, until today. Today I found out that I actiually had the Audigy ZS Platinum Ex! I found a manual on how to install it and all the cables and the 3.25" extension just in a pile so installed them, did something about the shitty cable management and found some .25" David Clark headphones my dad had and reinstalled the drivers. After a LOT of trubble with it I got sound out of it, but with a lot of noice and almost worthless quality, so I started to google. After 10min of googling I found a solution, finally I found something that worked, the KX Project! I had some trouble with those drivers as well, not installing properly, but in the end I got them installed. I then spent about 20 seconds figuring out what to put as my standard playback unit and so on but in the end I got it working! I am right now listening to some music with my David Clark's and everything is working perfectly right now. Hope you enjoyed this read and respect to those who read all this .

Student has her laptop's life threatened over Trump sticker. The short and veiny is that a male student tweeted a picture of his female classmate's laptop which had a "Trump Make America Great Again" sticker on it. He then posted a picture of the students laptop to his twitter feed saying (pararaphasing here) "7,000 retweets and i'll smash this bitches laptop!" He got over double the retweets he asked for in 4 hours, but he did not smash the laptop, instead he got hot tea thrown in his face when the female student heard about the tweet. My question isnt if this is right or wrong, because it IS wrong. Instead i was wondering what you guys consider to be the "line in the sand". The point where you have crossed over from trying to make a statement and begin infringing on other peoples rights with your Twitter feed, what is that line to you?

So, I was browsing the kijiji's for a new video card just to throw in my old Core 2 Quad computer to get it doing something again when I came across a Nvidia GeForce 8800 and I thought that would be a great old card so I messaged the guy to confirm model and such because I was just going off from picture and I was correct so I asked him how much he was thinking it can't be any more then 50$ so he came back with the price of 450$ and I was like what lol and he was like yeah 450$ and then I was like dude I will give you 30$ for it and he was like nope 450$ and I asked him if he knows its like a 10 year old graphics card that doesn't have hdmi and would be surprised if it could handle 1080p gaming and he was like they are 450$ new so I want 450$ so I sent him a eBay link for 24$ 8800 and I said I like the price of this one better have a nice day

I think in recent gaming years. I think games are starting to become more boring by the minute. I want a game, that has a great: story, gameplay, graphics and multiplayer I mean look around at most games today. Something currently is preventing Game Devs from pushing their creative thoughts to the limits. Look at Destiny it looked like a very good game gameplay wise but a poor story. Titanfall, a good multiplayer only game, however lacked any type of story whatsoever. Medal of Honor reboots, interesting and easy to play however lacking any story or any fun type of multiplayer due to issues and constant lagging. I mean some games do, do story and gameplay right though. Like The Last of Us. It gave us small parts of a greater whole. Each chapter and section wanting me to gain more and more knowledge and wonder whats coming next. Heck they done the prologue very well. They gave us some background story, and how Joel the main character became who he was. Although we don't get to see what happened during a time skip we see how much he changed over those years. We saw how he got older, shown by his graying hair. We see that he misses his daughter he had represented by the watch and him messing around with it. We see that his demeanor changed. During the game we also see this more and more. Slowly but surely. Like during part's where Ellie is missing, we hear Joel start getting more angry as he's trying to find " Surrogate Daughter " Ellie whom he's come to love and adore just like his own daughter. By telling her of his dark past and wanting to teach her. And we see this beautiful Father and daughter relationship between them as the story goes on. It's simple stuff like that, makes a game's story well executed and not to mention unlockables which also tell a little more of the story. Like how the Virus came to be, who can be infected. How certain infected reaction etc. A good video game story. Should make you feel like the main character or connect to them and the characters that you see in the game. I mean not all games seem to do this. Ace Combat 5 : Unsung War is a great example. The main character nicknamed "Kid" doesn't speak at all, however we are given yes or no answers to questions, which is to make us connect to this character which doesn't have a real name, voice or face. As it's to represent us the player and us being the Captain of a squadron having us saying yes or no to questions which offer different responses and can make us connect more to the characters of the game. Simply saying Yes to an question and getting a reply feels rather good because they're speaking to you the player the Captain of the squadron. also not to mention both story is within the gameplay and in greatly animated cutscenes which is also a good bonus. So yea that's my opinion on it what are you guys ?

First off, let me explain how big of an upgrade this is for me. I've never known or even seen a display more than 1080p @60hz, and I've been used to this cheap Samsung T24B350 for over 3 years now. I've been looking for an upgrade for a while and Gsync seemed really important to me since obviously I have a GTX 770, however after seeing the price being only $580 (with freesync) compared to the insane prices of similar Gsync monitors, I was pretty much sold. I've read and seen all the reviews about how terrible the quality control is, but I had higher hopes than that, I mean, when people get something and their satisfied, most of the time they're going to just enjoy it, and forget about writing a review. So only the crazy enthusiasts write reviews and my theory was that they are just too picky. I ordered it on Sunday, and on Monday I saw that it was on it's way, hurray! Except I realized I accidentally ordered it to my parents' house, oops. So long story short, it got there first, and my sweet, beautiful mother had it sent to me the same day, while Amazon was kind enough to refund me the amount it cost to deliver from there to here (in college) I got it today, Thursday, all standard shipping of course, and I couldn't be more satisfied and excited about how quickly I got it. I finally brought it back and opened the package, set it up, plugged it in and turned it on. I almost instantly devastated by a few things. [spoiler= ] I was sure that I had to return it. I figured I might as well test it out in the meantime. Although I knew there was going to almost certainly be a little backlight bleed, the most obvious problem up top was unforgivable! I tried pushing the frame down and messing around with it with my hands, alas, no avail. I started using it with my computed and sweet baby cakes it was deliciously beautiful. I was blown away by the sheer picture quality, and when I finally turned it up to 120hz in Nvidia settings, I was blown away again. It was smoother than a baby's bottom. I didn't want to let go, I couldn't part with this glorious angel of a display. I tried fixing the obvious problem with my hands again. Nothing. I thought to myself "clearly there's a crack in there somewhere," right? I didn't think pushing the frame down would completely fix it. I figured I might as well keep trying, I was desperate. I tired again this time using a paper card, but I couldn't squeeze it in. I used a different card, a credit card, still not getting it. I tried a different spot, the card snapped in between the clean matte bezel, and precious crystal display. I slowly and carefully slid it over towards the problematic spot, and SNAP. The bezel returned to it's proper alignment and since I had a black picture in fullscreen I instantly realized that it was fixed 100%. Returned to it's former glory! [spoiler=] I knew that the back-light bleed wasn't ever going to be fixed, since it's more of a core design flaw. At least at -out-of-box settings, it was obvious, but I used TFT Central's review to change it to optimal settings, and it was hardly noticeable. I could not have been more satisfied. I am currently typing on this monitor now, and the text isn't too small like people have warned, Windows 10 works perfectly with it as well. Nothing out of the ordinary. I fired up a few games and they are astonishing. Dark Souls II looks okay. I tried GTA V, however the game doesn't want to start properly for some reason. Oh well, another time. I am sure gaming is a very pretty sight. In terms of working. What can I say? Photoshop is much easier to use, more pixels, amazing color accuracy. So much screen real estate as well. Adobe Premiere Pro works fine, looks amazing, however I will post later once I finished setting up the dual monitors. Don't worry, I'm using the old Samsung monitor as a timeline, and media bin space, and the Asus as the main preview monitor. I can't wait to get used to it and see how my workflow increases, since I'm already pretty fast using just that one 24" monitor 1080p. This is how everything looks as of now, it's very clean but don't worry, it'll be filed with solo cups, and other crap soon enough [spoiler=] When it comes to having a freesync monitor, yet I have an Nvidia card. I don't care. Gaming is honestly secondary for me, but very important nonetheless. Although considering what I've been used to, I think I can live with having an immense upgrade of a monitor that I was able to afford rather than not be able to afford others or say, the upcoming PG279Q which I know for sure I won't want to spend that kind of money on. The biggest thing for me was IPS, 1440p and 144hz. Although I'm still trying to figure out how to increase it from 120hz to 144hz, any help would be much appreciated! This is such a joy to use. It swivels with little to no effort, it tilts up and down to any degree that anybody could ever want. The height adjustment is absolutely superb. It sits snug, and stays very fixed, and tight. When you try to move it up and down, it feels like an expensive desk drawer from Ikea but a little bit less grease. I can imagine after a couple years it will loosen, so starting it out a little tight was a very smart move. The bezel is tiny, especially compared to my old monitor. This MG279Q is a massive upgrade in every way possibly imaginable. I love playing with settings, especially display settings, and getting the right settings for optimal use, as well as personal preference is really important to me. It provides extensive customization and it will suitable for almost any environment/lighting situation. It gets very very bright, from rooms with windows, and it gets very very dim, for the dark rooms. The optimal settings I used (thanks to TFT Central) was Racing mode at 24 brightness, and RGB, at 100 96 96 respectively. Th built in sound is okay. I think it's important to have that for people who are just browsing, need to hear notifications, etc.. But I would definitely recommend headphones if you don't have any other desktop speakers. I have both, thankfully. (Not pictured) My next concern is how my mouse is going to move from higher density display, to a low one, (eg. the Asus, to my Samsung) I'll post later about that, but I'm sure it won't be any big deal since the Samsung is smaller, perhaps the actualy pixel density is similar. Anyway, it didn't take long for me to fall in love with the MG279Q, and hopefully, others out there that are reluctant to spend $700+ on a similar Gsync or a similar freesync monitor that's affordable... Rest assured, I am happy with my purchase, and I'm glad I didn't wait to spend an extra $350-450 on the upcoming PG279Q. Thank you very much for reading my story/review. I'll have more to talk about later on, so stay tuned!

I have written about this computer on LTT before. A Packard Bell iXtreme M5800 from 2010. It used to be my main PC, but then I got a completely new one. What you didn't know is that I had a very similar PC before that one. An iXtreme M5850 from 2011. Some part of it broke (the PSU?) and since I was so horrible at building and reparing PCs at the time, I was despairing instead. I just left it as it was and lived without my own PC for a while. Yesterday, it came into use again, be it indirect. The idea struck me in an instant, for it was a genuine surprise and a boon to my day! My M5800 had 6GB of DDR2 RAM and four DIMM slots. My M5850 had 8GB of DDR2 RAM and four DIMM slots. It was a match made in my house! I took off both the computers' sidepanels and inspected my property. The M5850 had 2×4GB of RAM. The M5800 had 3×2GB of RAM. Upon seeing this, I swiftly equipped my antistatic wrist/ankle strap and entered the M5850. It had no more RAM. It was lying on my workspace now. Sadly, 5>4, so there was no room for all of the sticks in one PC. A brave stick of RAM was left behind, but never forgotten. We couldn't have done it without him. He was left on the battlefield, never to see his loved ones again. He made the ultimate sacrifice: to dedicate himself to a lost cause, becoming a simple placeholder. I will never forget him and he will be forever missed. As I attempted to slot in the second stick of RAM from the M5850, I realised this adventure would not come to a stop for much time still. The stick wouldn't stick. There was something in the way. The graphics card. Soon, I would unscrew it from its place; unfolding the PCIe slot flap and releasing the GPU to its own battlefield. My reckonings were correct and what had once been an impossible feat was now a simple operation. I reckoned, much like before, that calling the GPU off the battlefield would be as simple as installing the RAM had been. I was wrong, terribly wrong. I attempted to reintroduce the GPU to its natural habitat, but it fell misadjusted and misaligned. I knew not what was wrong, but I knew something was wrong. It took me many attempts to realise what the issue was. There was only one spot where the GPU would fit in, able to fully be itself and function in its place. It was a small slot which was nearly impossible to see. It was what would keep the GPU in its home, where it belonged. It took many attempts and I almost gave up. I thought I had reached a dead end and that we had lost the battle. Moments later, it was clear to me that I had suddenly succeeded in my attempts. I quickly closed the GPU lid, screwed the GPU in place and plugged the computer back in. As I proceeded to press the power button, I was truly ready for anything. I was in luck: It booted right away. I inspected my final product. It was a beast of nature, a violation of the natural laws of Pre-Builts. I realised that this wasn't wrong. This was the way of life. The battle I and my men had fought had permanently changed something about the computer. Though by the sum of its parts, it was a pre-built PC; its motherboard cheap and its GPU OEM, it was something more. It had grown and evolved. It had become a custom PC. And thus ends the tale of my PC's RAM upgrade, but there is more yet. Before you know it, the computer will earn its use as a game server. It has yet to fully live and much to give. This is the end of this tale, but only a part of the PC's life. Post-op broken PC Post-op functioning PC Post-op functioning PC specs

I don't know too much about metal gear besides SSSniperwolf loving it and snake being a terrible character in smash. However the phantom pain is getting alot of hype. So I was wondering do I need to play previous metal gear games. Also the same goes with batman arkham games. By the way howcome these single player games like metal gear witcher and batman get alot more hype then a new shooter like battlefront?

I've got a rig from ibuypower about a year ago (second machine from them). They charge 70$ for shipping, but you pick your parts and the price is about the same as getting the parts yourself. I usually order full rigs from them and upgrade overtime. A year ago I got another machine with an awesome case, gtx 660, fx 4300 + liquid cooler for it, 500watt PSU from some crap unknown company, and 1tb WD blue HDD. Today I have the same CPU + Mobo, but a gtx 970 clocked at 1300, a 512 samsung 840 pro 512gb + the 1tb WD drive for storage, 8gb dual channel ddr3 memory, 1000watt 80+rated PSU, fans all around the case via molex -> 4 fans wire (all on silent and more fans = more fun), and more [that's what's important I guess]. The FX 4300 is running cool and stable at 4.3 almost 4.4 GHZ for a year now. It's a quad core processor and most games use 4 cores if you're lucky nowadays. I've been playing tripple A tittles at 60+ fps with my 970 (1080p), League at 120+ FPS, and basically never had any problems playing games! It's amazing how far this low end CPU takes you when you have adequate cooling and such. In ~April I get my second annual grant so I'll be able to buy a ~500$ i7 + mobo and it will be the end of my FX4300. I just wanted to write a story on how "AMD CPU's are not COMPLETE CRAP". Of-course intel is better, WoW doesn't show a huge boost since it's not optimized for GPUs, but for strictly gaming I had NO problems with it. I hear the CPU is around 70 bucks nowadays and a cheap liquid cooler is all you need to get an intro setup. I probably will run a minecraft server on debian/ubuntu server once I replace my CPU+Mobo (i7 + unlocked [need to OC to ATLEAST 4GHZ] + hyper-threaded + 6 cores true cores + all of intels fancy-pants features) with the old AMD chip since when I upgrade a part, I put the old part in the new parts box. Or buy a cheapo monitor for when friends come-over so we can play league together or some other games and they'll be on a stable computer. This is just brainstorming. The point of this thread is to show how far a cheap, low end CPU can go. [ http://bit.ly/1l82YJK ] - 100$ on newegg; and considering IBuyPower gave me the liquid cooler free, I don't think it's a high end one, so another 20$-30$; and you'll be playing at 1080P in no-time. I've never had a single issue running anything, I don't really render videos, I used to stream WoW + Skyrim and had NO problem. Of-course I suggest if you really want to stream to get the 6300 (Same specs just 6 cores, 2 extra cores really help with background processes while games take up all 4 cores). I do need more cores because I want to do more work soon, that's why I'm going for a high end processor; and it will be the final "check" in building a "high end" rig, but if you just want to start playing steam games on a budget; as somebody who actually used this chip for around a year overclocked, and still using it; I can without a doubt recommend it [WITH A LIQUID COOELR] for a budget build; and you won't be disappointed. Just something I want to talk about. P.S. I do not know how this chip functions with a stock cooler/anything other than a water-cooler. Notes: CPU link: http://bit.ly/1l82YJK - I guess this thread just shows the power of: 1) How far a cheapo card can really go 2) How far a cheap water-cooler goes over a stock cooler/big cancerous heat-sink. Without it I doubt i'd be running the chip this long, and having this great of a computing experience. - Don't invest in AMD cpu's over the 6300; if you really want a powerful CPU start looking at intel's products; 4300+6300 will let you game and stream -- but if you want to do a lot of video/graphic design/rendering then this isn't the CPU for you. - No this is not for 4k either Thanks!

Hello. I'm a junior in high school and im bored sitting in ISS for the day. Oddly enough though, they let me use my school chromebook, which kinda defeats the purpose of ISS. Regardless though, i was thinking of how to entertain myself. And i was thinking, lets write a story together! Ok, so everyone just add a sentence onto the last one and i guess we'll just have to see where this goes. Once upon a time, there was a small boy named Linus.

Yesterday my new i5 4690k CPU and ASUS Z97-P motherboard arrived in the post, I then spent the afternoon and night installing it all. It was the first time I installed a CPU and mobo, but it all happened without too many troubles (did forget to plug in one cable, but found out within 15 minutes). I thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. I even got a little bit emotional about my old stuff going into retirement. My good old i7 860 will be missed. I knew the GAME24 event was coming up at that time (for me it started at 2 AM), and was looking forward to seeing the 900-series announced. And boy it did. The pricing absolutely blew my mind: the GTX 970 seems to have an amazing price/performance ratio and the GTX 980 is just straight up baller while still affordable. Damn, I should look into getting a job now. For some reason I felt like getting up early this morning. I started installing Windows and stuff while watching the stream and being amazed by the benchmarks. I did have to go to school this morning, but I only had classes from 11 AM to 1 PM. Not that it mattered, I was smiling all the way through it. The rest of the day was mostly spent installing Windows and all of its bloody updates. All of this while conveniently having the MOD24 stream open. Loving it so far. Maybe i'll even stay up to watch it to the end. Hell, it's weekend anyway. Altogether, these few days have launched my hardware hobby through the roof. It may take some saving but one day I will run all the Skyrim mods!

Last week I decided to buy DayZ because all of my friends were playing it and I needed something new to play. I didn't have the chance to play it until today, and well, here's my story. -So this morning I got on DayZ with a new spawn, I was with my crew on Skype and they told me to head out to the Belota airfield where they had just recently killed 3 people who were full of gear. Me being new to the game, I had no clue what to expect, where I was going or who I would encounter... So I ran... And ran... And ran... Through towns, forests, roads, for what frankly seemed like an eternity. About a half hour into my journey I stumbled across a young man who called himself Jonathan. Jonathan was an Asian man wearing a raggedy baseball cap, blue jeans and a green T-Shirt. It was obvious he was also a fresh spawn. He told me he was also headed to Belota so I asked him to join me in my journey. As we passed through Kamishobo I asked him why he was heading to the airfield with so little gear, it turns out that Jonathan was murdered there minutes before. I thought nothing of it at the time and we continued through the countryside, slowly accumulating gear until we were both actually capable of defending ourselves. As we continued on, Jonathan started pouring out his life story to me, telling me about where he lived (about 10 minutes from me, ironically), his hobbies and his personal life. He then asked for my snapchat, that was the point that I decided that Jonathan was not the person I though he was, and that he must die. As we passed through a police station in Cherno, I spotted a pair of handcuffs and plotted Jon's demise. We finally reached Belota, both decked out with guns, helmets, backpacks and enough food to feed a family for a week. I spotted my friends down the runway as Jonathan followed, thinking he had made a new great friend. I finally reached my friend Ryan, and I turned to Jonathan saying "This experience has been excellent, and I think we should get married.". He quickly accepted, and as Ryan performed our sermon, a gunshot rang out from further down the runway. Jonathan dropped to the ground. I quickly ran over and handcuffed him, telling him to stay calm if he wanted to live. My cousin Tad, Jonathan's attacker came over, telling Jon that he was going to ask 10 questions, and if he answered 6 correctly, he would survive. Ryan then walked over, and force fed bleach to our prisoner. To make a long story short, Jonathan answered only 2 questions correctly and was brutally murdered with an axe at 3pm on April 12, 2014. R.I.P Jonathan

Hey, seeing as all of us are either at or have finished school I thought it would be interesting/funny for people to share their success stories, or not so successful stories of finding loopholes around and hacking into school security I have been amusing myself with the complete lack of actual security around our school network, for instance I discorvered that the C drive whas not blocked, moved, or restricted to admin users. it was merely hidden. You could go to any program and go to the C drive from there, and this means (as I'm sure you know) that you could intall and run what ever the heck you want, I mean come on IT, really? they were either really lazy or really incompetent. Thank goodness for their sake though they disabled cmd so I can't use it, I can get to it, but not use it, but I'm sure I'll find another way to become and admin huehehehe. even thinking about getting a Rasberry Pie to hack the school > Anyway, please share you're experiences with getting around school security (or even the lack of it)

You know that great feeling, when you finally do that thing you meant to take care of months ago? What's one of your tech moments that, when it was finished, just had you make a sigh of relief? Anything from a particularly annoying bug fix in a set of code to getting your grandmother opening a web browser! Share on of your euphoric moments (maybe someone will get an idea and fix something themselves sooner that is would have been done). - I noticed my laptop was running significantly hotter than normal (62C idle!). After putting it off, went to a store and bought an air duster. Ten poofs of dust later, my computer is running 15C cooler. Both a relief that my computer wont die as easily now and a face palm that I didn't do this a while ago. <_<

I love the Splinter Cell games, I've got all of them, and I'm very excited about Blacklist as well. But I never could finish the co-op in either game. I've got Chaos Theory and Conviction installed right now. I'm really interested in the story, especially for Conviction's co-op campaign. So if anyone is interested please write here. So, I wanted to ask this question for a long time... Why are you on the forums, not that the forums are bad, staff and members did a great job making it what it is today, but, why? In my case, it was my life, my loneliness (sorry if i spelled that wrong) that influenced me (sorry if i spelled wrong again) to join this forum. Outside of my computer is a world full of people I don't want to hang out with. Full of retarded sexist bastards talking about penises and trying to get boners. Yeah, I am in a weird fucking place, but ill maybe never be able to get out of there. A world full of people that were your "best-friends" when they needed your money, your food, your drinks, your will to give them anything you want so their arses could be happy. (sorry, but really thinking about it i feel bad now) And I aren't talking about this because other people do, and I want to be like them, but because it already happened to me, and I'm freaking 12! Same story, a guy pretended to be my friend so i could give him things, be in his surroundings and protect him, and when he needed to get on his legs alone, he made me look like a damn bastard.... Then i found how a computer can be valuable for a person, not because I'm a gamer/tecchie now, but because I am already for 9 years... Because, yes, I started playing my first game on my 512MB's of ram computer with a pentium 2 CPU and an emulator. When i was three i knew more shit then 14 year old's knew, and i was harrased because of it. And when i got internet in 2008, again, i realized how gaming, and being on a computer could be a good thing. I was constantly making friends and meeting new people. And I aren't bullshitting again, because, I met my best friend through the net. We talk each day, 4 hours, for 5 years now, and we still have much things to discuss about, but since my friend was already a "enough" tecchie himself, i felt that there was emptiniess inside of me. That i couldn't help people with the best things i've ever learnt about. Computers. So i tuned in a lot of channels like JayzTwoCents, BarnaculesNerdgasam (Both of them are on the forums) Newegg, and ofcourse, the almighty LinusTechTips and NcixTechTips... I already knew much things Linus was discussing about, but i've already just wanted to hear someones else thoughts, and so I discovered LTT forums. Where i could interact with people that are same like me, and help them. I know this is a long ass post, and that it has been posted probably 1 or 2 times already, but i would be happy if you shared your own story with me

Alright folks let's see if this has any potential , you each can post a sentence(one) for each post containing 8 words max(or less) per post , try to create a meaningful story which has a certain direction ,but make plot twists here & there to make it adventurous(monsters, aliens, laser guns, Lord Gaben etc), you decide where the plot twist occurs... Please Quote the storyline you're trying to continue, otherwise it may seem broken.. I'll start: + ++ +++ ++++ Once upon a time in a far away galaxy....
