Hello hope everyone is well, I'm posting today about my first computer that I have built and the noise my AIO is making. When I first build my computer I used the Wraith Prism cooler that came with my Ryzen 7 3700x and although it was a decent cooler it got very loud under high CPU loads and the temps got high too sometimes into the 80's. I decided to switch to an AIO because I heard they're are generally quieter and perform well. I ended up picking up and NZXT Kraken x63 of Amazon for £111.42 and installed it following the instructions provided and YouTube guides which helped to install it successfully. The problem I am having with it is the noise that it makes, it sounds like a buzzing noise that gets really irritating even on idle it is loud and auditable. I have tried switching it to Silent mode within the NZXT CAM software but It doesn't help. Is their any way to make it quieter? Has anybody else got the same cooler and are experiencing the same noise? Any help would be appreciated, Apologies If this post isn't in the correct section this is my first time using a forum.

Is there a noticeable difference in performance between the AER RBG 2 fans and the fans that come with the kraken z63?

Hey guys, new to the forum, have a quick question. I just got my NZXT h510i today and after I got everything up and running I found this piece in one of the parts bags. I assume it to be some sort of dust filter? But I have absoultely no idea where it would go. Anyone have an idea where it goes or is it something else?

Hello, everyone! I recently built my second rig. My first rig was sold due to not using it often, not having friends to play with on steam (F), and I had a Blade 15" 2015 to get me by with school and stuff. Well, my Blade has bit the bullet. Thermals were super high and my battery was crapping out. I couldn't stay in a Zoom call for long. I was thinking about getting another laptop but swore that off. I also thought about buying a prebuilt but really wanted to build another rig. My build use to have a R5 3600, because the 5600X wasn't in stock. I also had the Gigabyte GT 710 (OOF) cause I needed some kind of graphics card. I do want to upgrade the cooler from the Wraith stealth cooler to a H100i RGB Platinum SE and to a GTX 3070 (when prices normalize. Damn you scalpers and COVID) These are the specs of the current build- CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X Video Card: Aorus GTX 1060 6GB RAM : Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2X8GB) 3600 MHz MOBO: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite V2 SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 1TB, 240 GB Lite On HDD: 4TB Seagate Barracuda Compute PSU - NZXT C650 650W Fully Modular Case: NZXT H510 I had decided to build even though I didnt have my GT 710 yet. I picked up some LL120s cause you know; RGB Vomit When I upgraded from the 3600 to 5600X "Shameful Display" GT 710 I was able to get my hands on a Aorus GTX 1060 6GB by buying an old rig, for my family, off of OfferUp. Much better Its looking pretty slick now.

Good morning/afternoon, I have had my PC setup for a few months; and am running with an AMD 5600X, paired with a NZXT Kraken M22. My idle temperatures seem to sit around 45-50, and earlier today it seemingly increased to 80c whilst only under around 50% load playing Gears of War 4. I had never noticed the high temperatures before, and it could be entirely unrelated but my game began to stutter dramatically, getting worse the longer I played which is what prompted me to check my cpu usage and temperatures and from this I have two queries; 1. Is temperatures between 80-85c an unhealthy temperature, which might result in CPU throttling causing stutters in my game; and 2. Is this temperature range a reasonable expectation from the cooler and cpu pairing? Thanks

Hey, I've been dealing with this issue since i built PC with NZXT Kraken x63. All cables are connected correctly as it's written in Manual of installation. The AIO is working really well on OC 8700k,it can also be detected in NZXT Cam with The strip of NZXT H510i. I Can change everything except pump RGB Light (Circle/Led) and its only visible in the one corner, can't even light up NZXT Logo (Check the real image).I've tried different usb ports and other sata connectors but still same. Am i doing something wrong or it has dead Led on pump? Should i contact the seller? Thanks.

Hello. I have a NZXT H710 case. My setup now is: - Intake: NZXT 3xAer F120 Case Version, with dust filter in front. - Exhaust: 3x120 Noctua NF-A12x25mm at top (over the radiator NZXT X73) and NZXT 1xAer F140 Case Version in the rear of the case. The NZXT Case version fans, is not PWM, and I want to have PWM fans for better control. I thinking about changing the AER intake fans with Noctua fans, but I don't know if I am going to replace the 3 fans with 2x140mm or 3x120mm. Would I get better cooling if I am going for 2x140mm (Noctua NF-A14 PWM) or would it be better to go with 3xNF-A12x25? In the "bottom" of the case I have 2x3,5 HDD and the PSU, so the fan at det bottom is cooling the HDD.

Hello. First of all, sorry if my english is bad! I have recently build a new computer, spec is: Case: NZXT H710 (non i version). Motherboard: ASUS B500 -F Gaming WiFi CPU: Ryzen 3700X (due to shortage of 5600X and 5800X) CPU Cooler: NZXT X73 top mounted in the case, and the fans is on the top of the rad as exhaust. Memory: 16GB (2x8) HyperX 3200MHz CL18 (planning to upgrade to 32GB (2x16GB) 3200mhz or 3600mhz CL18,17,16,). GPU: MSI GeForce 970 4GB Gaming (from my old computer, due to shortage of gpu's). PSU: Corsair AX 760 (from my old computer). So to my question: Radiator fans: 3x120mm NZXT AER 120mm PWM fans. These are pretty noisy and I hear them good from about 1150/ 1200rpm and more, and that is kind of frustrating. I thinking about to change these 3 fans to start with, and I thinking about to change to Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM fans. Will this be a good choice? Or should I go for Noctua NF-P12 PWM instead? The fans is going to be placed on the top of the rad as exhaust, I think. I don't want to place the rad in the front of the case.. I also consider to change the 3 120mm case versions in the front, also with Noctua, but I am not sure if I am going to change those 3 fans with 2 140mm fans, or 3 120mm. Also here I thinking about Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM or Noctua NF-A14 PWM or NF-P12 PWM. But this change may be later, as the noise from the case fans is not to bad. Front case fans is original: 3 of NZXT AER 120 case version (non pwm I think, they are 3.pin so I have set DC in BIOS) in front. Don't think this is to noisy. (yet) Back case is original: 1 of NZXT AER 140 case version (non pwm, I think, they are 3.pin so I have set DC in BIOS) in the back. Don't think this is to noisy. (yet) I'm happy if anyone will help me to a decision about which Noctua fans I should buy.

Hi guys, Just wondering if anyone has experience using the NZXT Z63/Z73 AIO liquid coolers. I've looked into these a lot and watched a lot of reviews but nobody seems to talk about the software experience too much. I've had the CAM software in the past and I've seen the gamers nexus software review how it can actually impact performance a bit. I am looking to know if I get this cooler and want to upload a GIF, does the software need to be running? Or can I upload the GIF and when that's done, uninstall the software? Would appreciate anyones help that has used one of these or currently has one. I'm currently doing a full O11D mini build using all noctua chromax stuff! I'll post pictures in a couple of days when it's done :)

I recently swapped cases from a Corsair Carbide 275r to the NZXT H1. The only thing i bought new was an itx motherboard. I was stress-testing the GPU when the monitor went black and my pc turned off. Now, as soon as I power up the pc, the fans start spinning for 1 second then immediately turn off, and then the PSU won't turn back on until I unplug it from the wall and plug it back in. I tried reseeding everything but it still wouldn't work, and I tried to see if the PSU would turn on if I short pins 4 & 5 on the PSU, but it still wouldn't work. But when I tested the other parts to see if they still work, my GPU doesn't give a display whenever I install it into another computer. Does anybody know if there's a way to fix this or is it dead? Just wanted to show this to the community. September 14th I got an email responding to my case that my coolers backplate was broken. Just now I received word that they have it in stock, which makes it 4 months at 5 days to get a replacement part. I have a few different nzxt products that I use in my daily life and now I have transferred away from that software and hardware. NZXT Inability to provide support and replacement parts for something that is so simple is absolutely unacceptable, seems like they'd rather lose customers than care for the loyal supporter I used to be. My representative Matt L was very kind at updating me on the status, this is nzxt's problem and nothing against the support rep.

Hi all, I've recently purchased a system for my daughter to be shipped by end of February from Cyberpower, While I would've been more comfortable building the PC my self, the shortage of 3000's series card make it extremely hard to do so. The PC was part of a very..short sale that I managed to land, so I believe this is a good deal for the money considering the spec. the only thing I'm really skeptical about is their build quality or customer service, I looked them up on forum and they are littered with complaints. my last pre-built was made by iBuyPower and it has been a solid PC for 9 years now, I don't know much about Cyberpower though. as Initially I intended to get my PC done by NZXT BLD, but their pricing is far higher, though I believe they have a bit better reputation in quality. After watching Linus Prebuilt series, at least it seems IBP is more competence in handling your PC/CS. I wonder if the reviews as bad as they are for Cyberpower, I could wait for the system to ship and if push come shove if it get bad, I can try NZXT BLD instead. Has anyone here ever had an experience with Cyberpower? The PC CASE: Eclipse P418R DRGB ATX Mid-Tower High Air Flow Gaming Case + 3x 120mm ARGB Fans VIDEO: GeForce RTX™ 3070 8GB GDDR6 CPU: Intel® Core™ Processor i9-10900KF 10/20 3.70GHz [Turbo 5.2GHz] 20MB Cache LGA1200 [w/o Integrated Graphic] (Comet Lake-S) FAN: MasterLiquid Lite 120mm ARGB CPU Liquid Cooler with Dual Chamber Pump & Copper Cold Plate HDD: 1TB Intel® 665P SERIES PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD - Seq R/W: Up to 2000/1925 MB/s, Rnd R/W up to 160/250k(Single Drive) HDD2: 2TB (2TBx1) SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 256MB Cache 7200RPM HDD (Single Drive) MEMORY: 32GB (8GBx4) DDR4/3000MHz Dual Channel Memory (Crucial Ballistix Sport) MOTHERBOARD: ASUS PRIME Z490-V ATX, ARGB, 1GbE LAN, 2 PCIe x16, 4 PCIe x1, 4 SATA3, 2x M.2 SATA/PCIe + WiFi 6 Intel 201AX POWERSUPPLY: 600 Watts - Standard 600Watts 80 Plus Gold high-efficient Power Supply Total : $1570 aside the notorious standard PSU that I will need swap out for the safety of the PC, I think this isn't bad.

Hey guys - so I’ve had my new rendering rig for around 2 months, and I’m absolutely loving the performance and aesthetics. I’m looking into a few ideas to give the rig a “fuller” look, if that makes sense. I’m currently considering a vertical mount for my 3070 FE and some sweet CableMod cables. I’m basically just looking for suggestions. Thanks! A photo of my build is below. Max

Hey everyone, I have almost my entire build ordered but I still haven't decided on which cpu cooler I want. I know I want one with a screen that can display its temp but as far as I can tell there aren't many options or lists of them out there (that I can find). So I've started a list to help myself and maybe others find some different AIO's with screens in them. The ones I've been able to find are: AORUS RGB AIO Liquid Cooler (in multiple sizes) Asus ROG RYUO 240 (in multiple sizes) Asus ROG RYUO 2.0 (coming soon? News article about it) Asus ROG RYUJIN (in multiple sizes) NZXT Kraken Z series (in multiple sizes & RBG / none versions) PcCOOLER Freeze 120 (one of the oldest ones out there) Coolermaster ML240P VIVID (Not out yet but soon? Was supposed to be released sept 2020 but no new information on when it will come out) If anyone else has ones that I missed I would appreciate links! (And if there is already another thread like this please link me and I'll delete this one)

I would like to ask for some help with GPU clearance in the NZXT H210 case. I was planning to build a brand new PC with components I choose but I got an opportunity which I couldn't refuse. I bought a nicely specced out PC from a kind fellow and now I'm stuck with options. The mobo is a Mini ITX one and I don't want to put it in a mid tower and I really fancy the look of the H210 case. The question is, will I be able to fit the GIGABYTE GeForce® RTX 2070 SUPER™ GAMING OC 8G GPU into case? The length isn't the issue, rather the height. On the official page I see that the case is only able to accomodate a GPU which is 44mm in height and the GIGABYTE one is 50.2mm. I have read that some people could fit even a GPU which is 52mm in height but I couldn't find proof. Does someone have experience with this case?

Hey, I just wanted to share my CPU temps using the NZXT Kraken X63 280mm AIO and my i7-10700k running at 4,70GHz. First off, I am not having any OC or extreme fan curve, this config is pretty much stock like anyone would be using it. The average room temp is 23°C. My case is the BeQuiet! Pure Base 500, the radiator is mounted in the front and the fans are pushing air in. AIDA64 benchmark, 10 Minutes, Profile "Performance": 69°C AIDA64 Benchmark, 10 Minutes: Profile "Silent": 71°C With the air cooler I was using before (BeQuiet! Dark Rock 4), I was having following results: AIDA64 Benchmark, 10 Minutes: 98°C, Max. Throttle: 13% As I mentioned, I am using the 2 radiator fans do push air in (intake) and 2x BeQuiet! Pure Wings 2 as exhaust fans. From my experience, I can fully recommend the X63. It is not too loud and gave me a good 20°C-30°C difference from my previous Dark Rock 4. Have a nice day and a happy new year, Marcel

3600 heats upto 94C while in NZXT h510 case.
GAMIX7 posted a topic in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
Hello everyone, Last month I bought a mid range Gaming pc. System: Ryzen 5 3600, Gigabyte A520 S2H motherboard, adata xpg d60G 3200mhz ram, gigabyte 1650 super, Cooler master 450w v2, nzxt H510. My idle temperatures are 40-50C. Sometimes peaks to 65C. While gaming or rendering videos it jumps to 90-94C. While running stress test I got 100.4C, I immediately stopped the test. What should I do? I'm in a small budget to buy something or add something to thr build. During summer the situation will be worse. I don't wanna end up burning my cpu. Should I add the pre included fans for intake and add new 2 fans for exhaust? Or should I add a cpu cooler? Or should I add a 120mm aio, whole intake will be from rear. What to do? Please somebody help me. Or should I try changing thermal paste. Look changing the case is impossible now. I want a solution. I've only 2K INR to spend. If some costs more then I've to wait more. Thanks in advance, Binay Shaw. (Your reply and solution will be helpful). -
Hello! I have a ryzen 3900XT, asus prime x570 pro, G skill 16x2 32 GB of 3600 RAM, 1 TB SSD, 2080 super, all in an h510 elite. I just got a kraken Z63 for christmas for my CPU, i had a dark rock 4 be quiet, and i plugged everything in correctly, tried multiple ports when things weren’t working, and still I was getting a “CPU fan error” when I was booting, and my AIO was not even recognized. I ignored the CPU fan and booted, and the pump is working my temps were great and I could hear it working, I was plugged into the AIO pump 4 pin in my motherboard, as well as SATA on my PSU. My screen was displaying absolutely nothing and the NZXT CAM software picked up nothing from my device. Additionally, the fan power cords directly attached to the pump are not sending any power to any fan I’ve tried, which has been three separate fans. I don’t know if this has something to do with the issues. I’ve tried all USB ports for the screen display and checked with multiple other components in my computer to make sure the ports aren’t faulty. Should I be getting a new set of cords, NZXT sometimes recommends a USB hub for some AMD motherboards with the z63, but I am lost

Need Help with New Build! So long story short, had an existing build, wanted to opt for a better graphics card, bought an RTX 3070 and gave in and ordered a bunch of other stuff. My setup how I ordered (and partly assembled): Asus Rog Strix x570-E Motherboard Gigabyte Nvidia RTX 3070 AMD Ryzen 7 3800x Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro (1 stick) 16GB 3600mhz Ordered a single stick by accident, meant to order dual kit 3600/3200mhz. NZXT Kraken Z63 Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500GB NVME Corsair RM650X NZXT H510 Elite 2 additional Aer RGB Fans, Hue+. Now the problems were piling up very shortly. Fans were not working (still haven’t figured out if it broke). Decided to let the fans for what it is, and see if everything worked how I want it too. I booted up the build, got into BIOS saying “CPU Fan Error!) I’m pretty sure I didn’t connect something the right way on my Z63. But then came the bad part: I had installed my old RAM sticks, which are LPX Vengeance 16GB 3000mhz. I set the speed to 3000, save changes, exited the BIOS, wanted to power up my PC then I got the well known yellow light on Asus boards indicating a RAM problem. Tried everything, switching sticks in slots, reseating my CPU (which nearly broke like 5 pins, whole nother headache) to where I finally gave in and opened the wrongly order singly channel stick. Put it in the right slot, BOOM, booted all fine! NO WAY JOSE, I was back in the BIOS again. Again “CPU Fan Error!” Came up. Googled it fairly quick, changed the CPU fan speed to ignore to first see if everything still boots correctly. Saved changes and exit, BOOM, back to the RAM LED indicator which suggests something to do with that. I been up till 4 AM yesterday, had about 3 nervous breakdowns today, still haven’t got the fans working, and now I still have the reoccuring RAM Error going on. I know it’s a very long text, I have searched and searched in Google, couldn’t find anything super useful, if anybody here is in a Christmas mood and would give some advice, help, anything, it would be greatly appreciated! Happy Holiday’s guys, and let’s hope 2021 will bring us all what we desire!
