Hello, I've build my own pc and I experienced some real bad fps drops in GTA V, Tom clancy's: wildlands, battlefield 1, all of the AAA games I guess. So this happend recently. I was playing a game with now stable fps BUT once I alt-tabbed out of the game my desktop screen started to turn red once I hovered. So I went searching on google and apparently I had to reinstall my drivers so I did that no outcome it still happens some times. My fps drops seem less and I didn't experience them lately (I didn't play any of the games I mentioned above either....). These are my parts: CPU: Intel - Core i5-7600K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - Hyper TX3 Evo 43.1 CFM CPU Cooler Motherboard: Asus - STRIX Z270H ATX LGA1151 Motherboard Memory: Crucial - Ballistix Sport LT 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory Storage: Western Digital - Blue 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive Video Card: KFA2 - GeForce GTX 1080 8GB Video Card Case: Cooler Master - MasterBox Lite 5 ATX Mid Tower Case Power Supply: Cooler Master - 650W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply Things I tried already: - Reinstall GPU drivers - Reinstall games - Ask Nvidia support - Ask GPU manifactor support - Check which power mode is on - vysnc on or off Benchmark score with Heavenbenchmark 4.0 (Highest settings 1920x1080): If you know what this problem is or how I can fix it or if you can help me. Hello, first post and first time I've ever had to reach out for help because I couldn't find a solution anywhere else. [This is a last ditch attempt at some help and guidance. As I type this I am formatting a usb to give a reformat a chance, even though I have just upgraded and installed for the first time win 10 pro.] Ok so the story begins, I have been using windows 7 ultimate for way too long, I have decided to upgrade to windows 10 pro for pretty much no reason, my PC ran great. I just recently (beginning of 2018) bought and installed a EVGA gtx 1080ti ftw3 hybrid. (To replace my old msi gtx 960.) So I went with this gpu in particular because I also plan on buying a i9/mobo and some ddr4 ram. And I figured too much gpu is never a bad thing... So I installed this on my win 7 ult and it worked great. At the time of install I also installed a new evga 850watt psu. I enjoyed that set up with out any major issues or problems. The type of FPS I saw on that set up was: CSGO I would be hard locked at 299 fps (cap was set at 300.) Far cry 5 with 100 avg fps bug-g (pubg for the uninitiated.) 100 to 120 fps... And of course I know my cpu is bottle necking my gpu, but I never looked at any stat other than temps after installing the card. (and the temps never broke 40C.) And I had no problems so I didn't really have the reason to... So Friday 6/1/18 I got my win 10 pro CD/key in the mail and decided Id do the reformat. So before doing the install I prepared a windows 10 bootable usb tool with the microsoft tool. (I don't have a CD/DVD rom) Still on my win 7 ult set up I downloaded the latest bios from MSI. (my mobo brand.) direct from there website and prepared a 2nd usb tool to install thos. I installed the latest bios, no problems. Booted to win 7 ult no probs. Didn't play any games because I wanted to continue and install win 10 pro. So I restart my pc and have it boot from the win 10 usb. I installed windows with out any problem, during the win 10 install I deleted all partitions too and started "fresh." Win 10 pro installed with out issue. One thing to note, is all 3 displays I have worked, and it appeared as if my gtx drivers were still installed. (I found that strange, but just let that be for a bit while I installed other stuff.) So I successfully have a fresh windows 10 pro. First thing I did was partion my 2nd ssd and a 3rd hdd drive. No problems. Then after that was done, I installed the latest chip set for intel (got them from msi web site.) no problems. Then I installed Intels rapid storage tech drive. No probs. Then I installed Intel managment eng driver. No probs. Then I installed realtek for the on board audio. No probs. I did NOT install the intel vga driver, because I don't use onboard display/VGA. When that was done I decided Id restart to safe mode and run ddu and install fresh gpu drivers. (latest drivers. 397.93) since I found it strange that it looked like my drivers carried over. I did NOT install the geforce experience. (I just simply don't want it.) The new 1080ti drivers seemed to install just fine. I went on to download some other apps and install them. I installed steam, then discord, to my 2nd SSD no problems. Then I got into a CSGO server and my fps was 30-40. I was like wtf mate, And got out right away. (I have checked across all my games and the problem is universal.) I did some research and have now tried now 100 different things to get this to work. You name it I've prob tried it... The only "fix" that I have read that I haven't tried is to do with disabling HPET. (I didn't see any logical reason why this would be related to my problem.) I have tried disabled anything to do with xbox. I have max performance set up and vsync is disabled in nvidia panel. Ive set the game and steam as high priority in task mgr. I have tried going to csgo file directory and going into property's of the csgo launch file and checking disable full screen optimization. I have tried going into win10 settings and turning everything off that was a preinstalled app, and in the power options I have it set for high performance... I don't know what else to try or do, I'm now at a loss. I mean everything is off that I could turn off in win 10 settings. Even simple things like the window snapping and storage sense... of course besides the power plan. oh and I have tried right clicking this pc and going to propertys/advanced/performance settings/advanced and choosing programs as the "best performance." I did not change anything to do with the paging size. Any help is much appreciated, I will still proceed with my fresh reformat, but I wanted to post in case the problem persist so I can find a solution quickly. (I imagine it will, since this WAS a fresh install. I deleted all the prior partitions.) I am puzzled as to why its not performing anywhere near its capability. Please help me, I will do what ever you want.

I've had some problems with low FPS in CS:GO mainly (around 150FPS all settings on low, 1920x1080 resolution) I think this is really wierd because i see other people having really high fps with this GPU and CPU. All my tempratures are fine, vsync off. The strange thing is that both my CPU and GPU is on around 30% usage max!The usage is at 30% when i stream with both x246 and Nvenc in OBS Studio. I've searched the webs for a solution for hours and found no answers. Really looking for help here.

Hello, I have started playing Kingdom Come Deliverance but have run into a problem, I get 30-40 FPS constantly. This is despite having an overclocked GTX 1080 and i7 6700k. I looked into the issue and turns out that both my GPU and CPU usage is low, GPU usage being low despite running it in 1440p with everything on ultra. I have tried lowering the graphics settings, in which case the GPU usage just lowers even more, so I get the same FPS (usage goes from around 75% to 55% if it goes from ultra to high). CPU usage tends to be around 35-45% no matter what. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have had troubles before with GPU usage but in that case it was with all games, not just a singular one. I appreciate any and all responses

I just installed my new cpu (i5 8600k) and gtx 1080 evga ftw dt but it seems to have the same problem I was wondering if my ram was an issue I am running on stock settings on everything by my friend has a gtx 1070 with i7 6700k gets better frame rates than I do. But I have a 8 gb 2133 and he has 16 gb Idk clock spped

Hey guys, so I finally did the windows update it's been asking me to do but ever since I did, I can't play any game without it having a really low frame rate. Even easy to run games like Dota 2 or Smite won't run and games that I used to get 60+fps on are now running at around 20 fps. I checked all my drivers were up to date and I've checked my temperatures in case they had something to do with it but they're fine too. Here's my specs (Laptop): GTX 970M i7 4720HQ 16gb ram 1TB 7200RPM If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated!

Hello everyone! So last week i built my very first PC after rocking a gaming laptop for the past 6 years. After assembling it, viewing the error code on my mobo, deassembling it and reassembling it i finaly got it to work. I took care of the basics first an installed all the latest drivers for everything. Being a big Final Fantasy fan i bought and installed Final Fantasy 15. I watched about a dozen videos of people benchmarking it on a 1080 Ti and getting 70-80fps on High settings. The odd thing is that i run it at about 45fps and i have no clue why. Even on low settings i only get about 60fps. Here are my specs: Asus MAXIMUS X HERO- Motherboard - ATX Intel Core i7 8700K - Processor Be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 - CPU Cooler Corsair Vengeance LPX - DDR4 - 2x16GB INNO3D GeForce GTX 1080 Ti iChiLL X3 Ultra - GPU - Boosts to 1721 MHz Cooler Master V Series V750 - Power Supply Samsung 960 EVO 1TB - Solid state drive WD Black Performance Hard Drive 4TB 3x 140mm be quiet! Silent Wings 3 case fans - 2 in the front and 1 in the back Monitor: LG 32GK850G-B - 1440p - G-Sync Windows 10 64bit Here are things i tried: I tried fully uninstalling and reinstalling my GPU driver with the DDU tool. In the Nvidea control panel i set Power Management to Prefer Maximum Performance I tried reinstalling the game. I ran the FF15 benchmark and only got a score of 3792, wich is way to low compared to other people with simular specs I ran 3D Mark Spyglass test and my GPU scored just over 10.000 Things i noticed: At first pressing ALT+TAB made the fps drop and i needed to reboot my PC to get decent fps again I had the same problem with Metro Last Light Redux and PUBG, bot went from about 90fps to 20-25ish Only once i got to run FF15 at 70-80fps, no clue how My GPU temp goes to a max of about 70C CPU goes to about 65C max I have LED's ony my GPU that indicate how hard it's working, from blue for idle to green to yellow to orange to red Almost always the LED's are on green, occasionally yellow, when running FF15. GPU ussage is at 99-100% with only about 6,5GB dedicated memory PUBG ran at 80-90fps on Ultra the first time i tried it, now i runs at 65 on ultra and no clue why. All ideas and advice are welcome. I feel i'm not getting the most out of my system. Many thanks in advance!

I’ve had problems with my recently new built computer. It’s not performing close to how it should. I’ve read as many posts as i could instead of making my own trying to not make it harder for you guys. But at this point i’m desperate and ready to try anything. All ideas and tips are appreciated! When i play Overwatch, my fps is very unstable, It jumps between 200 -275 constantly when im out of combat, And then goes to 130 during combat. (This is on the low preset). In also struggling with fps in other titles like Fortnite or Witcher 3. Specs: MSI GTX 1070 ARMOR OC 8 GB intel i7-8700k @ 4.3Ghz Fractal Design Integra M 650 W 1x16 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000MHZ Asus Prime z370-P BenQ XL2411 144HZ 1080p Things ive tried and done. Reinstalling windows reinstalling drivers Checked task manager Monitor connected to gpu Checked power plan and nvidia control panel(turned on maximum performance, vsync off, etc) Set bios to default. ran xmp profile Checked cpu multiplier, frequency Display is connected to GPU. Xbox DVR is turned off Made sure that windows is using all of the ”processors” in the cpu in msconfig. Cpu is on 30c when idle and 45-55 while in games. Gpu 40c then 60-65 in games. I was thinking if it’s the RAM running single channel, but could that make such a huge difference? Also thinking if its some weird BIOS setting. I ran Uniengine on ultra preset and got a score of 2200 while ive seen people reaching scores of 3100 Any replies are appreciated!

so i have been playing the divsion and everytime i go to fight players my fps is getting to 50 is it normal with a gtx 1070 and a i5 4460s, if its not ill be more then happy to get it solved thanks everyone. my settings are : all grhapics on low and resolution is 1280x1020

Hi , I don't know if i'm just paranoid but my System only gets about 60-80 FPS in Battlefield 1 with sometimes stutters @medium Preset / 100% Res Scale / DX 12. My CPU is mostly under 60% utilization / 4.7GHz and My GPU is in intense situations at 40% (Measured by Afterburner / Taskmanager says 3-9%. In Kumbustor Stress Test it reached to 94-97%) I don't know whats goning wrong with my System, the CPU doesn't thermal throttle but it doesn't got over 4.7GHz. My Ram cant Run at full speed otherwise my System won't Boot or Locks Up after ~10-20 min Specs: GPU: GTX 1080 Gaming X MSI CPU: FX 9590 RAM: 32 GB DDR 3 1866Mhz (Stable at 1600MHz) PSU: G750M Cooler Master Mainboard: ASRock Extreme 9 OS: Win10 Professional What is wrong with my System? Hi, I've got an I7 4770 with 16 GB 1600Mhz ddr3 ram and a GTX 1070 ti zotac mini. Even though this System should be more than good enough to play every modern game on ultra settings with 60+ fps high quality games like AC Origins or Wolfenstein 2 run really poorly even at low settings. Actually it runs fine on max settings on like 50-60 frames but if i put the settings down there is no improvement in fps but the GPU usage stays at 100% and the CPU is just chilling at 50. In less quality games gpu and cpu usage is low and frames are fine, if i put the quality up, gpu usage goes up, and till it reaches 100% frames stay pretty much the same. I tried everything, from putting power management mode to prefer maximum performance to reinstalling all drivers with ddu, newest drivers are installed too, and newest version of windows 10. I have no idea what to do anymore, please help me... Thank you.

So not long ago I went and got a new setup that is Dual Socket E5 2680 V2 which go about 3.4ghz on 6 of the 10 cores, which I assign 6 to games only. (the issue here is the 4 that are assigned to the game are not all maxed turbo, seems like the turbo mode still just floats around all 10 on that one CPU)My motherboard brand Tyan S7050 a simple or say cheaper model motherboard for servers. I have 64gig of ram ECC 1600Mhz in it and a 1080gtx.Now over the last few weeks, I have been trying to get this Issue fixed. As to why it would do this one thing. STUTTER and lower fps, in high intense video games or should I say more demanding (Battlefield 1, PUBG, Fortnite) my fps is not as good as it used to be like my old setup and I would get stuttering and low fps jumps. I am talking from 120 to 70 (but feels like 25-30) then back up again in a matter of seconds and it does it a lot. WhatI have seen online to what my setup feels like it does not feel the same. Turned Turbo Mode off 7. Turned USB 2.0 off on the board 8. Tried with fresh Win 7 Install 9. Only allocated 4 CPUs to the system which all for on turbo goes to 3.4ghz and still stutters in games.10. RAM Test11. CPU Test12. Speed Stepping Off13. Taken out one CPU and only used the one. 14. swapped the CPUs on that one socket. 15. Replaced the Bios ChipI am looking for someone who has a Dual Socket Gaming/Rendering rig that could give me some insight into what could be causing this issue. Hello guys, 1 month ago i bought an asus Gl502vs :Gtx 1070I7 6700hq8 gb ramThe problem is that most demanding games like far cry 5 or rise of the tomb raider are unplayable. My Framerate is all over the place. I am around 30 - 70 frames with 50% gpu usage and cpu not hitting 100%. Maximum performance is selected in nvidias control panel and also in windows.I tried everything else i know but i just cant it get to work. I hope you have some ideas.

Hello. So I just got my new pc today, and so far liking it. Only just tried CSGO with a fps around 160-200. And it really should be a lot higher than that. Even my old pc did better. And my friend who has a 1060, have 400-500fps. Even did a couple of launch settings, which helps the fps. And I believe I should be able to play ultra high settings with that rig. Could it be something to do, with I play on 1440p 27 inch monitor? G-sync is off. The monitor is a Dell sg2716dg 144hz, 1ms monitor. Here are my specs. So I was playing a game at 40 fps on 100% gpu usage. I got tired of 35 fps on gtx 1070, so i updated my drivers and edited some launch options to fit my ram, gpu and cpu. Now the game runs at 50 fps on 35% gpu usage. Anyone knows how to fix? I tried restarting the game. In the menu gpu usage was 90% and I was getting ~500fps. In game i just get 50 fps on 35% usage. Rn after a while in a non busy location i am getting 40 fps on 30%. Still bad for me, i have a 1080p 144hz monitor. BTW IM USING ABSOLUTE LOWEST SETTINGS!] UPDATE: In a semi busy place getting 30-35 fps on 17% usage

As the title suggests my PC is performing god awful and these are the specs and everything is running at the stock speeds (the gpu is running the out of the box specs): RX 480 4Gb Red Dragon Gigabyte GA 78LMT USB3 EVGA 430W PSU Fx-8320E CPU 1x8gb 1600 RAM 1tb Toshiba 7.2k HDD I had built this PC a year ago now however when I first built it I used a Gtx 550ti for a couple months and then upgraded to a RX 480. At first when I realised how poorly my pc was running compared to other systems with the 480 4gb ( with worse cpus) I looked around to see how to fix the problem. And people said removing the Nvidia Drivers with DDU which I did and I have noticed no difference. I've been running many kinds of games on my PC from LoL to Wolfenstein 2. I also get very inconsistent performance between games for instance I can max out DOOM at 1440p with 60fps but I get 30-20fps with Wolfenstein 2 on medium settings at 1080p. and 20fps on AC Origins at medium settings (but you know the anvil engine settings dont really matter) and I even get 30 -40 fps half the time in Overwatch at High. Does anyone know how to help or why my PC runs like it's using a crappy APU half the time?

I can't seem to figure out why this is happening and I haven't seen this problem as severe as it is on my system. EVGA Precision XOC is claiming 98% GPU usage and 0% VID usage. On ultra settings it was even worse. PC Spec: Processor: I3 8350k Mobo: Gigabyte Z370P-D3 GPU: EVGA GTX 960 4gb RAM: 16GB DDR4 Monitor: Samsung 28" 4k PSU: Thermaltake TR2 600W Storage: 2TB HDD

Just upgraded to a 1080ti, and somehow i went from steady 280-360fps with my old 960gtx to 50-150 with 1080ti. And with a 144hz screen, it's horrible. Also the input lag (feels like the mouse is being controlled on remote control, that's how slow the mouse movement can be sometimes.) I've tried to boost my settings high, low, big/small/medium resolution combos to boost the effect from the card. Windows power settings are set to maximum perfomance, settings in nvidia are set to maximum performance, tried various settings in nvidia to give more "load" to the graphic card, did not help. Tried turning off Hyperthreading, turned off parked cores (C States) and so on in BIOS, disabled iGPU, tried XMP and simple EZTune OC (about 10-13% OC). Reinstalled drivers. Reinstalled Windows. Made sure game is on SSD. Updated all chipset drivers (Thanks to Driver Booster for the easy driver findings). Bought new motherboard. I will try to take the graphic card out and try it in another PC if i get hold of some friends to help me test it. But it will perform if i use it to mine coins or other stuff, so i know the PSU can deliver the power and windows can deliver so shouldn't be anything there throttling it. And also the i7-6700k should not throttle it either. My theory so far is that, the graphic card "doesn't wake up" while gaming CSGO so it gives 99% of the job to the processor, giving it heavy input lag. Reason for this theory is basically: GPU Load: 0-9% during gaming CSGO PerfCap Reason: Idle (From googling this means the same as Util) Power Consumption: 25-29% TDP (Does not exceed this point while gaming) Barely anything else changes either. All those mentioned readings from GPU-Z does change to a high value (100% load, 100++% TDP and so on if i turn on mining) Been googling and testing this solution for days, even bought more fans and a new cabinet, and as mentioned new motherboard. Currently rocking Asus Z270E - 1080ti Rog Strix - Be Quiet Dark Base Pro 900 - Intel i7-6700k - 2x 8gb 2666mhz hyperx fury - MX300 SSD, masterwatt lite 700watt PSU (more than enough power for the system). Also tried various console settings, mat_queue_mode (all of them) fps_max 0, r_dynamic 1/0, snd_mixahead 0.5/0.25, on/off 3d sound (HRTF), probably some more but minor impacts on any of the commands i've tried, and most of the commands i have is mostly related to connection (internet) or preferences (viewmodel etc). Also the graphic card is in the correct spot: PCI-E Slot 1 x16 Memory is installed to the correct slots, A2 and B2. CPU Cables are fitted properly, EATX Cable is fitted properly, Power cables for PCI-E is fitted properly. TL;DR Upgraded to 1080ti, low fps, high CPU usage, barely no load/tdp on graphic card. I've swapped: Motherboard RAM PSU Cabinet CPU Cooler Checked settings like: C states Hyperthreading Overclocking XMP profile Disable/Enable iGPU Nvidia settings, max performance (global settings) High/Low game settings Vsync is off Windows settings, max performance No XBOX activated GeForce Experience not installed Shadowplay not installed CAM not installed Basically, csgo will not cause any load or TDP changes to my graphic card, so it's just idling and not using any resources whatsoever. While other games/tasks will activate my graphic card with no problems.

Hello world, so this is my first time here and I really need some answers. A couple of days ago i bought myself a lovely new gaming laptop " asus rog strix 702vi". It comes with a gtx1080, g-sync and the i7 7700hq. I had a good time playing the games I like with a high fps count, until today. Today I installed the Nvidia Experience, and boy oh boy what a experience indeed. My FPS dropped in Borderlands 2 from around 200 to a max of 75, fallout 4 dropped from 200/300 to 36. So I started my journey in search for some answers. The obvious one was to remove this experience from my laptop, which I did. But it didn't help at all. I was still getting the same low(er) FPS. My next step was to set everything back the way it was within the nvidia configuration. Also without any positive results. My methods became more and more desperate in the search for higher FPS, so the next step i took was setting my laptop back to its default settings. Which obviously also did not help, otherwise i would not be here, asking for some help. ( I also tried pulling the power and plugging it in again, and turning it off and on again...) After posting this on reddit someone gave me the solution to disable all the nvidia experience garbage like "auto optimize game" and "battery saving". I did this, sadly without any positive results. But of course not every quest is easy, so I tried a new approach. I put my laptop back in default, opened geforce experience (which is on the system by default), disabled all that garbage, removed it, installed steam and the games, and noticed it didn't do a thing for me. I'm still stuck at 75 FPS. After that I tried an other game, just to be sure. It was also stuck at 75 FPS. I Also noticed that the option in the in-game settings for physx effects where not possible anymore. Hopefully someone recognizes this problem, and knows how to solve it. I really miss the 2 days I had with this laptop, when it was nothing less than power and made the sound of a small airplane taking off. The fans are at 10% of their possible speed. It just seems as if gaming performance is throttled down from 100% to 20%, figuratively speaking. When I start a game it is instantly on 75 fps and doesn't go any higher. Before this happened he easily provided around 200 fps with temps of around 70 Celsius and the fans on 16%

Today I installed the Nvidia Experience, and boy oh boy what a experience indeed. My FPS dropped in Borderlands 2 from around 200 to a max of 75, fallout 4 dropped from 200/300 to 36. So I started my journey in search for some answers. The obvious one was to remove this experience from my laptop, which I did. But it didn't help at all. I was still getting the same low(er) FPS. My next step was to set everything back the way it was within the nvidia configuration. Also without any positive results. My methods became more and more desperate in the search for higher FPS, so the next step i took was setting my laptop back to its default settings. Which obviously also did not help, otherwise i would not be here, asking for some help. ( I also tried pulling the power and plugging it in again, and turning it off and on again...) After posting this on reddit someone gave me the solution to disable all the nvidia experience garbage like "auto optimize game" and "battery saving". I did this, sadly without any positive results. But of course not every quest is easy, so I tried a new approach. I put my laptop back in default, opened geforce experience (which is on the system by default), disabled all that garbage, removed it, installed steam and the games, and noticed it didn't do a thing for me. I'm still stuck at 75 FPS. After that I tried an other game, just to be sure. It was also stuck at 75 FPS. I Also noticed that the option in the in-game settings for physx effects where not possible anymore. Hopefully someone recognizes this problem, and knows how to solve it. I really miss the 2 days I had with this laptop, when it was nothing less than power and made the sound of a small airplane taking off. I build this pc for ow i get 200 fps in the begging but its dips down to 100- 130 (very inconsistent) i even tried putting lowest resolution and render scale and it did't give me a any signification improvement in fps any help would be appreaviated i just got this items so i might be able to return a bottle neck(if amazon accepts it) specs: ASUS Dual series GeForce GTX 1060 3GB ryzen 3 AMD RYZEN 3 1300X Corsair CX Series 550 Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified GIGABYTE GA-A320MA-M.2 Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Single DDR4 2666 MT x HP S700 2.5" 250GB SATA III 3D

Ok I'll start with my System Specs so that we can get that out in the open.My build is:Mobo - Asus ROG Strix z370-E GamingCPU - core i7 8700kRam - 16gb Corsair Vengence rgb 3600mghzGPU - Asus ROG Srtix Geforce GTX 1060 6gb OC EditionPSu - EVGA supernova 650 watt full modular 80+ goldstorage - PNY 120gb ssd and seagate 1.5 tb 7200 rmb hddcpu cooler- Corsair AIO h100i v2 and there is a total of six fans in my system.So that is all my hardware in my system. now I am running windows 10 pro 64 bit for my OS and these are all brand new parts with the exceptions of the GPU, PSU, and storage. When ever I try to play my newer titels such as the witcher 3, GTA 5, and other newer title my Frames cannot stay solid at all. They jump around from 61 fps to a horrible 12fps constantly. I have tweeked the hell out of windows to optimize my new build for gaming im even overclocking everything and this happens all the time to really every game I play. but even some of my programs are super laggy when I either start them up or am in the middle of using them. I have been trying to find the answer to this issue with no luck. Currently I am Uninstalling all my newer titles and re-installing them so see if that fixes any thing but I doubt it will. So I beg the community for some help please. I would be happy to give more details and maybe videos or screen shots if they are needed just ask away and suggestion are totally welcome just please help we get back to playing amazing games.

I have a 1 month old pc and a few days ago finished the main story of the witcher 3. after that I decided to start the dlc "Blood and wine". in this dlc map I am having fps drops. I will say a example so you know how these fps drops are. I am moving in the city with 60-80 fps and suddenly the gpu usages drops and the memory clock drops. this happends for a 1 sec and the fps at this second (sometimes less) from the 60-80 to 10 or less. this is annoying and my pc specs are this ones cpu:I7 7700k cooled my a zalman CNSPX11 perfomance+ (http://www.zalman.com/contents/products/view.html?no=39) RAM:16 GB 2666MHZ GPU:G1 GAMING GTX1080 at gaming mode (aprox temps 70-75 C while gaming, fans 80%-90%) storage: WD 2TB Sata 3 6.0Gb/s Caviar Blue PS:600w EVGA 80+Bronze Mother Z270 krait gaming. any help will be good
