I wanted to make this thread so that anyone who missed the conferences so far can just swift throught this and be up to date on the biggest and baddest happenings of E3 2014. Last night I watched Microsoft, EA and Ubisoft's conferences and it just got better and better. And this morning I got even more great news. So let's get to it, what I thought were the best in the conferences. Let's start with the obvious winner, Grand Theft Auto V coming to PC! (and next gen, but who cares about that?) So next up I've got to put the new Batman - Arkham Knight gameplay. It looks amazing, the lighting effects are great and I've got to say, I didn't have a lot of faith in the Batmobile, but they convinced me. Let's get this out of the way, probably the only good thing to come out of the Microsoft conference is the Witcher 3 gameplay. But boy did it worth the wait. Check it out! So these are the big winners for me, something before I roll onto Ubisoft's conference: Mortal Kombat X. New fighters, new moves, from the looks of it it's pretty good imo. So now, to keep the post a bit more concised all the Ubisoft announcements are going to be behind this spoiler.

So I FINALLY AM PLAYING BF3, except when computer decides to not run it anymore and exits... No detailed logs exist of this problem since I've found only few people on whole Google having this problem. This problem is happening from the day two. I made a FPS oriented user configuration file disabling some features for more frames per second. Thought it was that, I thought wrong. That day I installed new drivers but since problems occurred before that i thought that it was the drivers that were causing problems. And I was wrong, again. Tried fixing it with origin, nope. What happens is that extreme lags starts all around the game, the map glitches, basically for two seconds before the crash I am in "spectator" mode (I am trying to say that it looks something like on the class select menu before I spawn, floating in mid air with the preview of the map) and can see underground, or sometimes it glitches so I can see the underground but everything is upside down at the same time, it would look like my internet is out but my internet connection is very good, and the "shortage" of my internet connection never happens. After those creepy two seconds my Bf3 usually goes to windowed mode for 2 seconds and exits, and nothing is being reported. Since i close my browser window I cannot see my Battlelog so next match i decide to leave it on. It just says that I am disconnected, but how could that be if it happens on EVERY German/American Caspian border server. And it mostly only happens on Caspian Border server. There is no time pattern... It usually happens by the end of the game, when I'm on loading screen for the same map it crashes, or it crashes early into the match. It mostly doesn't happen in TDM because the matches there are too short. It's also weird that before that I had a also very weird glitch. My mouse was very unresponsive. I would move the mouse, it would move half way, then it would stop, and if i was holding W for walking in front and I let go of it, my solider would still walk, then 2 seconds later, my gun would move instantly to the point where I previously moved my mouse, there was a quick fix, I disabled Origin in-game, but the crashes described up there still happened, PLEASE HELP, i will try to give you a video, or maybe a picture....

I've recently been experiencing a very frustrating issue with my Origin account I've been experiencing this issue since E3 2014, where when I tried to login to register for the Battlefield Hardline Closed BETA and when I put in my details and clicked the login button, nothing happened, it just stayed there and didn't login and I've been trying to login on the Origin store online and tried logging in again and again everyday and the same. When I login to the Origin Application, I'm able to log in but it logs in 'Offline', I even tried going online but I get an error saying 'Online login is currently unavailable', although I was able to login through Battlelog and play Battlefield 4 I'm not sure what the issue could be, I've tried the Support option but when I login to my origin account it won't login and same happens. PLEASE HELP THANKS

Whenever I go to change my settings like brightness it won't save them so I have to go in and change it everytime. Is there any fix to this?

The BBC has posted an interesting article about EA and their image within the gaming world. With so much vitriol aimed at the company - just check out the memes thread - especially since its naming as "worst company" for another year, EA's president of labels, Frank Gibeau stated: "We're in the business of entertaining and exciting people, and when our business policies get in the way of that and we hear this reaction and see this feedback we have to take note of it. We're not tone deaf." I wonder what the forum's repsonse to this would be? Especially after the Sims fiasco and the news a few weeks back, also mentioned by Linus and Slick on the live-stream, about major job losses in previously successful firms that EA has acquired and seemingly destroyed, as well as the churning out year-by-year of the 'cash-cow' titles. Are they, as Mark Burnham, the editor of Game Front pointed out, just a "scapegoat for larger industry trends... [or are they] not caring what players think or want." First off. This may be just me. I'm not referencing any official article or news here. BUT I went to login to origin.. aaannndd "Online login is Currently Unavalible" So I went to the EA site to check out whats up... And it appears the index page has a broken link to the style sheet: And the same thing on the origin site.. So I guess this is news.. Unless this isn't happening for other people? I guess this calls for it..

Hi guys, I'd really like to know what you think of the EA E3 reveals. I personally loved all of them and I will get Battlefield 4 and the new Star Wars. But over time I really had my doubts about EA. First of all Battlefield 3: The game is about to be replaced and it is still full of bucks. Random deaths, getting stuck, shitty teambalance etc. Also closing donw studios didn't really make it any better. But now waht do you think? Are they coming back on track or will they be worst company the 3rd year in a row? P.S.: They made a nice poll on battlelog!

How will i know when the multiplier beta is released, will it be in my origin games list? I pre-ordered digital deluxe and it said it came with the beta.

EA's will soon start selling their games on Valve's marketplace Steam, which many people are extremely loyal to and consider to be the best online marketplace. While linking friends lists is good, I don't think that requiring EA accounts and the Origin launcher is the best idea. People don't want to have to install another piece of bloatware, especially when this is being marketed as decreasing the bloat. While I think that reducing exclusivity is definitely a good thing, requiring an EA account and the use of the Origin launcher makes no sense to me, especially for singleplayer, purportedly micro-transaction free games like Jedi: Fallen Order. I do believe this is a belated April Fools joke, but let's assume it's not. According to The Verge, EA will now be offering full refunds on THEIR games through Origin within 24 hours of purchase. Whether it's been played and you just don't like it, doesn't work on your set up, or you realised it was EA and don't want to break your vowel to never give them money again. http://www.theverge.com/2013/8/19/4638752/origin-one-ups-steam-offers-refunds-on-all-ea-games I'm hoping that this kicks off refunds on Steam as well. I never understood why refunds are permitted for physical sale, but downloads are denied. A physical item, when returned has the seal broken and has become a second hand product, while a digital copy is still in perfect condition and can be re-sold (with a license key change).

Linus and Slick suggested in one WAN Show a graphic where a rock(?) would roll a graphic and hit EA and something would happen, I will do it just for lolz but I can`t remember what they suggested and cant remember what episode of the WAN Show it was? Anyone here remembers? The Idea was something like that (I am not using physics yet for the timing of the ball neither indirect ilumination and maps for the objects)

Hi guys ive just found this article on Kotaku, about Origin having a new feature, allowing the customers to get a full refund on games upto 24 hours after first launch of the game, but before 7 days after purchase (this only applies for games created by EA). I personally think its a pretty good idea, no doubt people will try and abuse it though, which is a shame. If they spread it to not just there own games then it "may" make people give Origin a second look. Hopefully Steam will look into it, and maybe adopt the idea themselves. Either way i'll still be using Steam for my main game library, and only Origin for the games that need it. What do you guys think about Full Refunds on digital content? Are their any repercussions of wrapping psu/ Pci wires in electrical tape? don't have a fully modular PSU and hate the odd look of the cables that just stand out, so i'm thinking about covering them in white electrical tape. Since it's non-conductive it should work out fine right?
