Hello everone, how are you? I`m in dilemma. Should I upgrade my cpu cooler or my psu? Specs: q6600, hd 6570, msi g41m-p28, 3.5 hdd, 2.5 hdd, 12cm fan running on 5v instead of 12. PSU : ZEUS 500w with 24 amps on 12v rail (kind of no name psu) The beginning I hate noise that my pc makes. Main noise maker is psu. It has 60 or 80mm exaust fan that runs on 12v at max power. Other little helper is intel 775 stock cooler for Celerons (half height). Cpu runs at 70 to 90 degrees Celsius under load. It throttles when it gets to 93 deg Celsius (I tortured it under cinebench and aida). My bios is not latest and in never bioses it is stated that cpu throttling is improved but I don`t want to brick my mobo by flashing bios or by missing power from the wall. My budge is around 25 bucks and I`m from Serbia. The most popular psus In Serbia is Lc cower lineup ( they are german and they make other pc related stuff). In the last few years new company came into the market: NJOY. Now since my budget is 25 bucks I can buy some low end psu from either of them. Here you go, my choice: THE FIRST : LC600H-12 V2.31 20 amps on 2 12v rails, 8 pin and 6 pin THE SECOND : NJOY 500WGX 20 amps on 2 12v rails, 8 pin *THE THIRD : DEEPCOOL DE480-BK 25 amps on 12v single rail, 8 pin A word about this Deepcool one. This one has lower power output, right? The catch Lc power has maximum (peak) rating, so it is not representing real world and continuous output. NJOY has no reviews so I don`t know if it is peak or continuous (lc is the most popular psu here so it has a heap of comments about it, they say that it is good, but some say that it is bad). Deepcool has lowest amperage, but it has single rail (if they say so). My psu has 24 amps on 12v rail. But if I spend money on psu I want a little upgrade not just noise reduction. I`m not too optimistic about deepcool BUT who knows, maybe it has the most realistic output of these three. I read in comments that people ran some crazy stuff on lc but it is all in Serbian. Now let`s get to the cpu. I tested to see (or hear, who knows) the noise of the intel stock coller. It runs at 100%. It is audible, kinda, but it makes noise higher pitched (idk if I made it with pitch, i`m not native speaker). I want to upgrade my gpu first, it is probably smarter to preserve some of that c2q. I can buy lc-cc-120. It is in range of hyper 212 evo. There is no direct comparison but there is comparison with aidor and aidos is compared against evo. Lc cooler is about 20 bucks. And finally conclucsion. I can buy only one thing, psu or cpu cooler. I would like some better psu but I don`t have the money. Cpu coller will probably serve me for years but there is still noisy psu for one more year. If I get some used gpu, and my friend is willing to sell me his hd 6970 for 40 bucks or less I will need some pretty good psu for both q6600 and that hd 6970. Lc power has pcie 8 and 6 pin, but who knows if it has what it takes to run these two. And one more thing. Many said that Lc has thin cables. If you made it, thank you. I would appreciate your honest opinion. Let`s ROLL.

Hello, I really tried to look this up and found nothing, so I hope someone here can help me out. Up until now, I've been using the Deepcool RGB 350 LED strip kit, which is Aura sync supported but I use it with a little control box and remote that came with it, it has 2 magnetic LED strips and I was quite fond of it, unfortunately recently I ripped one of the strips in half, don't ask me how it happened. And while trying to find a solution, I came across Deepcool's RGB 100 strip, which is a single strip that plugs into molex power, it's advertised as RGB and Aura Sync, however the packaging says single color (e.g. red, white, blue etc.) and I was wondering is it RGB and is it compatible with the little control box I have? I am guessing what they mean by single color, is that it's set to the given color when powered by molex but is actually RGB (since it says Aura Sync and RGB) on the packaging the connector seems to be the same as the one on the 350 strips but the strip it self is slightly different. So can I just replace my broken strip with one of those or do I need a new set? Thanks in advance for any answers

I bought an AMD FX-9590 knowing it was a hot chip and thermal throttled fast (75°C), so I thought I went overboard with a AIO water cooler, the DEEPCOOL Captain 240EX I have been playing some games and notices FPS drops so I checked my temps on my rig. After thinking it was the Gpu when reading an incorrect tempature I realized it was my CPU but can't figure out why this cooler isn't enough to tame the 9590. I have contacted DEEPCOOL about the abilities to cool, but havent gotten a response due to hollidays. If anyone knows anything about why this may not be working or the abilities of the Captain 240EX please let me know. Thank you

My Deepcool 350 RGB Kit don't sync up correctly with my Asus Aura Sync. It lights up and "Activates" the different modes I use in my Asus Aura but the color don't sync with the other colors... For example, when I set it to green it shows up red. And I'm unable to reach Deepcool support after many attempts...

So the deepcool genome 2 looks like an awesome case, lots of cable management, a well organized look, and an integrated water cooling aio loop with a neat front pipe that's explosed. Though some people have said that it leaks or is a bad case, I'm wondering is this true or if you know any other case that has these features that would be nice to know as well.

Hello everyone, I am wondering if it's a good idea to get a new PSU, my current system has a Core i5 6400 at stock and a GTX 980 Classified overclocked to 1.5GHZ, which isn't a particularly power hungry setup, and probably doesn't even consume near 400 Watts of power. That being said, whenever I stress the GPU and CPU for a prolonged period of time, my power supply gets fairly loud and the air coming out of it is definitely hot. My current power supply is a Deepcool DA550, which is 80+ Bronze and has over 500W on the 12V rail, so it's not utter trash but it kind of worries me, especially considering I cannot find any info about it online even on forums. The OCD in my head always worries that it will explode and that it's just not quite right, so I wonder if I should upgrade. Should I get something higher quality, or am I just over exaggerating and I can use this PSU for now? Thank you in advance for the answers.

rgb Which is better: Deepcool RGB 330 or 350 Led Strip?
Multiversal posted a topic in Power Supplies
I have a Deepcool Dukase v2 white. No AIO coolers and no more card than an MSI 1050 Ti GamingX. So I have plenty of space left for illuminance. I am looking for a decent RGB LED Strip under $50 (~3200 INR). In India, the only available ones are Deepcool RGB 330, 350, NZXT Monocoloured strips, and a few other crappy strips on amazon which leaves me only Deepcool 330/350. 330 has adhesive sticker while the 350 has magnetic. Moreover 350 has two LED strips and 330 has 3. Moreover the remote with 350 is wayy better but 330 one is also compromisable. Which one is a good bang for the buck? Only available RGB Strips on Amazon India: http://www.amazon.in/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Dcomputers&field-keywords=+rgb+led&rh=n%3A976392031%2Ck%3A+rgb+led -
I am running a system with A10 7890k, MSI GamingX 4G 1050 Ti (arriving soon) and 8GB G.Skill DDR3 12800CL 1600MHz single channel memory stick on Asus A88XM-A/USB3.1 Mainboard powered by Deepcool DE580 psu (unrated 80Plus). I wanna know its reliability and safety under Normal, Idle, 50% and 100% loads in conjunction with minor to medium overclocks. Any pro tips will be whole-heartedly appreciated!

**I came to show you my recent problem with this water cooling, from the famous brand DEEPCOOL,** (http://imgur.com/a/1imMD) The model is the captain 360EX, About 7 months, I acquired this new water cooling, for its attractive design, and especially for its price. Since to be of 360MM has a good price. But did not know anything about its quality, since there are few reviews of this new version. the **(EX).** Over time, I always give proper maintenance to my computer, and in these last weeks when I went to change the thermal paste I noticed something, The copper plate is sulphating, At first I thought it was the thermal paste, but then note that the thermal paste does not reach those ends, as you can see in the photo, the sulfate comes from inside. I contacted them through facebook (http://imgur.com/a/mtyYz) But, they tell me that their engineers could not confirm the cause of this phenomenon, they recommended me to continue using it, when it has problems of overheating for example, Talk back to them, that's what they tell me. But deny me, and I told them that this is not a normal problem, and that in such a short time that I have with the product I was going to pass this, Then I decided to send him an email,(http://imgur.com/a/nXr7b) and they are so brazen that they respond that it is the thermal paste **(I use the ARTIC MX-4),** I was suggested, to use the thermal paste **Z9,** which is its brand, But explain to him that it is not any thermal paste, that the **SULFATO COMES FROM INSIDE.** For personal problems I no longer live in the United States, giving back that would be as costly as buying a new one. I'm a Pc Gamer, and things like these annoy me. **In WATER COOLING, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE DEEPCOOL BRAND ABSOLUTELY TO ANYONE.**

So i'm looking at the Deepcool Fan Extension Cable(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA6J32WP1382) as my motherboard, Asus B150M Plus, only has two 4-pin headers and i need more fans. What will happen when i put three 3-pin fans into this hub(hub is then attached to to motherboard)? Obviously they're not PWN fans so will voltage control will take affect, will this wreck the motherboard, can I control the fans speeds and happens adding a 4-pin fan into the mix?

I just built my first PC and need more fans, the Deepcool XFAN 120(https://www.amazon.com/DEEPCOOL-XFAN-120-Hydro-Bearing/dp/B006CSGZQC) is the cheapest but I'm wondering how I would connect it to my motherboard(4 pin) as this fan isn't a 4 pin connector. I do wish for the ability to control the fans RPM. Must I up my budget to get fans with 4 pin connectors? If so recommendations would be appreciated.

I'm looking to change my mATX case for a cheap mid-tower case. I'm hesitating between the NZXT Source 210 and the Deepcool Tesseract. Your opinions on the cases?

Hi guys! As far as I know, PWM and RGB "cables" are the same. I want to spice up my build with a bit of RGB action, and because I do not want to overload anything and for upgradeability I want to get a hub for PWM and my RGB headers. I currently use DEEPCOOL fans (normal, not argb) and I do not need a controller, just a hub. Now I was wondering if there is a difference between a PWM and RGB (12V) hub. And if you had a recommendation? Thanks in advance ^^
