Ephruz's Achievements

  1. Current setuip is a KBP V60 with a 3D printed case and Modern Selcetric SA keycaps, a Ducky Secret Mouse and Flipper mousepad, a pair of Sennheiser HD518s and a Samson C01U Microphone.
  2. I want the Roccat Kova. I want to review this mouse so bad. After seeing the design of the buttons to the left and right of left and right click, I immediately wanted to try this mouse out and share my thoughts.
  3. My favorite individual product of them all is the Autore. I'm likely biased towards mechanical keyboards. I'm also likely biased towards keyboard with black legends.
  4. Vessel: Ephruz https://www.vessel.com/videos/JYZEYDYx0 https://www.vessel.com/videos/JemZ8O7Hy Even though these two videos don't involve the same computer, building a computer and understanding how powerful it is is the full build experience in two videos. Building and benchmarking are what interest me most.
  5. From what I've heard, it's a good keyboard for the price. No reports on sudden failures. I'd recommend you ignore the fact that the word lolita is on it. Lolita is an umbrella fashion style that has more specific fashion styles under it "Classic, Gothic, etc." The first Urban Dictionary term is slang, but if you have a level of prudishness to the point where the word disturbs you, then feel free to not buy it.
  6. This seems like it would be very convenient after having Linus explain some fairly practical uses.
  7. I would definitely put more effort into making videos and streaming if I were to win this processor. I have recorded footage on my PC that has yet to be edited because I don't want to deal with the render times...
  8. My favorite part of this bundle has to be the 1100 V2. It's not a competition crushing case anymore, but in my opinion it has the nicest aesthetic out of any case with a non-rounded rectangular box shape and has a number of very practical features for my peace of mind and for the sake of staying even with other cases out now in it's price point. It doesn't have anything that would restrict its ability to cool the build inside, but infact has things like a 120mm fan mount in the cable management area for cooling motherboard components on or around the CPU. Antec also has a strong reputation for well-packaged products. This case happens to have my favorite HDD mounts in a case as well.
  9. Favorite thing about the 900 series in general? Power/Performance. Lets contextualize how amazing this series is. A GTX 660 has a 140W TDP. 660s in dual SLI, from what I've seen in researched benchmarks, perform at about the level of a 780, which is slightly above (or in these cards' cases, even with) the GTX 970. We're talking a low single digit % difference. A single GTX 970 has a higher TDP by only 5W, meanwhile 660s in dual SLI have a 280W TDP. In two generations, NVIDIA was able to increase the amount of performance you get out of around 140W of power by approximately 90%. Not only does this mean the cards use significantly less power for the performance you're getting, but they can run quieter, cooler, last longer, and base/OC clock speeds on the higher end cards are able to be as high, or even higher, than not only previous high-end NVIDIA cards, but any graphics card before it. The price only reinforces the cost effectiveness.
  10. I love the squared out design of the Z2, it's always been a preference of mine with phones. It's skinned by dbrand who, as a company, have a personality I would like to see emulated (because you can't beat robots) between corporate and customer.
  11. The alleged speaker quality of this laptop sounds like I can finally use a notebook without dedicated headphones or a headset all the time, which will save my head from having permanent headset-shaped dips around my ears. Seriously, I can't even listen to voices on most stock notebook speakers. It's jarring.
  12. My personal favorite is the clipboard that can be used over the keyboard. It's a small feature that seems like anyone would abuse it and miss it if they switch to a phone that doesn't have such a simple feature.
