I got around it with my killer Nic some time ago, too bad.
Check if there's any update on you motherboard manufactures webpage for your network adapter and update.
I got that problem once some said that was a driver related or chrome running in the background.
In the end it was solved by disabling Ndu.
To get this.
Search on REGEDIT.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\Ndu
And Change "Start" by double clicking to change any number to 4 to disable it.
Restart after that.
Make a Restore point if you feel like.
Or Avast Free 2015+Malwarebytes. Either way OP need to specify what was the reason to compare both (replacing norton, searching for a free alternative, etc).
None. At least on your context.
Malwarebytes is not a replacement for an antivirus (its not an antivirus) it will work along it (on demand on the free version), being this an anti-malware/spyware.
So you can have Norton+Malwarebytes combo on your pc without problems.
It starts on 100% and then lower it speed. Between motherboards brands/models it can be more noticeable with the Stock fan. So no issue there if only rev up like 3 or 4 seconds on start, but if it bothers you get an aftermarket solution to make it more subtle.
Well the idea will come handy for some people but the overall design/aesthetics is just to plain bad. Not really appealing like their Cases out on the market, either way.
I will say the ELEVEN HUNDRED V2, I like the aesthetics of this case along with the front mesh that make this one look elegant.
Nice giveaway LTT and Antec, good luck to all.
Yeah but on Gigabyte CPU compatibility page on both Motherboards, the Devil's Canyon i7 4790K need a bios update and its listed like a Haswell Refresh that why i said that.
No Haswell refresh boost don't require bios update on h97 on most cases. You don't mention the form factor if going mATX the GIGABYTE H97M-D3H is a cheap option or going ATX GIGABYTE H97-D3H both would run the 4590 even on the oldest bios if that was your concern.
