  1. Thx I have now successfully built my whole system
  2. Thx I have now successfully built my whole system
  3. Well no I am water cooling so I need to remove them so where do I put them then?
  4. Your friend might want to find special deals from Amazon,NCIX or Newegg oh and I forgot to say that you might want to look at NCIX's weekly deals because he can get a 7870 2GB for just 10 dollars more and if he wants he can swap the chip and the board for bundles from NCIX like the bundle where you get the 8320 and ASUS M5A97 for 249.99 and also remember prices in NCIX are I believe CAD
  5. Your friend said he likes newegg so here is a build but 1st I have to say that this build that I am going to say does not include the OS because I dont think that it is part of the build and this builds total is $797.92 so here are the specs Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G41 $99.99 CPU: Intel i5 3570k $219.99 CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 $32.99 RAM: 8GB's of Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz 2x4GB $64.99 Graphics card: Sapphire Radeon 7850 2GB (Comes with Bioshock Infinite and Tomb Raider) $199.99 Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 Mid Tower $59.99 Harddrive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM SATA3 6GB/s $74.99 SSD: (Refurbished) Corsair Nova Series 64GB SATA2 $44.99 Ok so if the OS is included $800 I would say swap out the 7850 with a 7770 but the 7770 does not come with the 2 games
  6. Well if you havent built it yet I would say just get a 3770k and overclock that. and I would also say to get the G.Skill Trident 2400Mhz RAM if you are going to do 3D Rendering,Editing stuff like that H220 is really good but be sure to put a good fans with it also. and dont get the Titan if you are going for price to performance ratio and would advice to get 2 660 ti's even factory overclocked ones instead of the Titan and get a 840 Pro
  7. Damn this is your 1st build I dont believe you because look at that cable management and the setup its just great and what monitor stand are you using is it the one from XFX?
  8. Yeah also agreeing with Tan and you should probably just get either a 400R or a Define R4 like what Justin said. and remember dont skimp on the power supply noone like fires but your powersupply is good but if you can get a better one on the same wattage that you need that would be great
  9. Ok so I posted a build that I am building for myself and it involves the TJ11 and 4 WD Red 2TB's and I wish to know where to put those 4 2TB drives?
  10. Yeah ok I will drop to a 900w and change my Waterblock and Backplates and I will change the greens to reds oh heres a good question I plan to do that RAID configuration for the SSD's to be put in the back of the motherboard tray but I need to know where to put the 4 Red 2TB ?
  11. I like it on how you putted the AMD Build into the Nvidia edition case instead of putting the Intel Build into it
  12. Thats a very nice build you have there for me personally I would have gone blue instead of Red
  13. Just get the 7950 thats where you kinda get the bang per dollar
  14. So I am making a build its for my job which is Rendering/editing and extreme/hardcore gaming so here is a list and I want to know if its good and I also want to know if I can get something better for a better price so here are my specs and of course everything including the pump, coolant and tubes are included in the budget even the monitors, peripherals and OS, also most of these I am buying from NCIX, and no not because Linus works there because none of these items are near me and I want to buy all the items from just 1 store, also my budget is 6000-6500 US Dollars. Ive been saving for 2 years and I have been using quite a not so beefy machine from the company I am working in Motherboard: MSI Big Bang Xpower II/ASUS Rampage IV Extreme CPU: Intel core i7 3930k CPU Waterblock: Swiftech Apogee HD RAM: x2 Mushkin Blackline Frostbyte 16GB 4x4 Quad Channel Memory 1600Mhz Graphics Card: x2 MSI GTX 680 Lightning 2GB GPU Waterblock:XSPC GTX 680 Full Water Block GPU Backplate:EK-FC GTX 680 Full cover backplate Powersupply: Corsair AX1200I Case: Silverstone Temjin TJ11 Storage: HDD: 4x Western Digital 2TB Green in RAID10 SSD: 2x Kingston 3K 240GB in RAID0. Optical Drives: NZXT Sentry Fan Controller ASUS BC-12B1ST Blu-ray Reader ASUS DRW-24B1ST DVD Writer Pump: Swiftech MCP655 Quadruple Radiator at Bottom of the case: Swiftech MCR 420 Quiet Power Quadruple 120mm Radiator Fans: Silverstone Air Penetrator AP121-BL 120mm Reservoir: Swiftech MCRES-MICRO-R2 Radiator (at the top of the case): Swiftech MCR120 Quiet Power Single Radiator Fan: GELID Wings 120mm Tubing: Primochill C-34 AQ UV Aqua Blue Sound Card: ASUS Xonar Essence STX Monitors: 2x ASUS VE278Q 27" LED Backlit I dont know if I can find water cooled RAM and the RAM Water block but I wish I can find one
