  1. Might as well get a 4790k if you can find one cheap enough.
  2. Yeah that LED probably means something. Look for small text next to the LED. It should tell you what it means. If not, look at the manual (or the screenshot I posted of your manual). edit: Make sure you're looking at a debug LED, not a power LED. The power LED should be on, even when the computer is off (but plugged in). Debug LEDs only come on when the computer is actually on
  3. Here's what your manual says about LEDs.
  4. Any post indicators on the motherboard?
  5. Is it a new build? Make sure your monitor is connected to the graphics card, not the motherboard.
  6. So I just saw something neat in this Unbox Therapy video. He showed video out over USB C. Is this a native Android feature or is this just something that Huawei does?
  7. You could just bathe the entire system in sulfuric acid. That'd probably get it real clean. edit: 1M should do the trick.
  8. Are their any particular features that you're interested in?
  9. I almost wanna reach out to Asus support. About the only thing that hasn't been tried.
  10. No prob man. Good luck with the card. Can you toss me a "Mark solved" ?
  11. For AI / Deep Learning: Tesla v100 For workstation / content creation: Quadro GP100 should be able to handle it. But if you mean just the ones you listed in the tags, the 1060 should do ya just fine :*)
  12. Something is up with your graphics card. What power supply are you using? EDIT: I read the previous post.
  13. If you check your temps and everything looks good, Plug that graphics card back in (Remember to plug in the power cables if your GPU requires them) reconnect the display cable to the card, and see if it'll post.
  14. Use a program like Coretemp to check your CPU temperatures in the OS.
  15. What's the temperature on the CPU, and what kind of CPU is it?
  16. POST stands for Power On Self Test. If your PC fails POST, there's usually some indicator lights on the mobo that tell you what went wrong.
  17. Take out the GPU and try on integrated graphics. Does the mobo give you any post codes?
