  1. Thank you for the comment. Yes I know I should have stepped a bit back but I wanted to capture the moment when the cat was looking down to the shop. I liked the story behind it and my finger was itching With shots like these there is just not much time to compose it 100%... or I'm not that good yet.
  2. For non Slovak language speakers, that is a pet supplies store downstairs...
  3. I would say go for it. It is a good price and even as a newbie you will learn it. I mean you will have to learn a lot but its not that hard if you are really into photography. The D7100 is a great camera.
  4. You can either go with a 35mm or 55mm f1.8 fixed focal lenght lens (plastic fantastic). Fixed focal lenght lenses will give you very sharp images but the downside is that they can't zoom. Or you can go for a 16-85mm f3.5 - 5.6 witch will give you a nice zoom (not too much) and a awesome picture! Its a bit more expensive but thats how it goes. All three lenses are nikkor lenses, I don't have experience with other brands yet. That said, I would go for the D3300 + better lens.
  5. This is every site that I found. Some of them want as much as 30 dollars to unlock.
  6. You think the carrier will unlock it for me?
  7. My father has a older Samsung SGH-L700 phone and he just purchased a different SIM card from a different provider and the phone is locked and won't let him use his card. Is there a way I can unlock it somehow? I'm looking on the internet and everybody wan'ts 30 bucks for this. I mean the phone is not worth 2 bucks... Any help is welcome. Thank you.
  8. Awesome answer! I would just add that if you decide for a DSLR after reading the post from "Dw136" , go with the Nikon D3200 and buy yourself a nice fixed focal length 50mm or 30mm f1.8 aka "plastic fantastic" and you will be very happy. Recommending this because I have hands on experience.
  9. I am currently in the same situation Nikon D3200 + 18-55mm kit lens. I am considering to go with a Nikon 18-105mm ED VR + CPL filter (I do a lot of nature photography). Has anybody some experience with the 18-105mm ? I certainly don't want to spend 1000 bucks for a lens next to my entry level camera and I get that the lens can last me many camera generations argument.
  10. Bobafett239 I agree! The D3200 is a awesome entry into DSLR.. just slap on a 50mm plastic fantastic on it and shoot !
  11. Get the i5 and buy the rest when you have money. The i5 is a better platform for future. Or if you can wait till you have the right amount of money buy the i5 , SSD and the monitor then.
  12. basically Standford can't keep up with the LTT Team we rock !!!
  13. yeah the 280x should be replaced but I got other hobbies that require money so... PS. thanks
  14. It all depends what the content of a post is. I don't care if the person that posted a legit question or topic has just a few posts. But with a giveaway like that its always normal that a few spammers post. Don't worry they will go away.

With all the hate that there was on Razer produ…

finally some positive feedback on a Razer product :p
  16. I had a BIOSTAR motherboard way back on the AMD socket 939 and it was excellent. Don't know about the new ones... Probably not as good as the big three.
  17. I had a i3 2120 and when i switched tona xeon 1230 I saw how much the i3 2120 was bottlenecking my 280X... So logically the i3 would bottleneck a 970.
  18. actually I meant the CPU + Motherboard combination. I have a E3 1230 v2 and a MSI B75ma-P45
  19. nothing really. just putting some moneyz aside for a piece of mind.
  20. buy the 970 now! then come back here and tell me how it performs. I'm buying it in a week or two
