Fair enough! Had limited options locally and between this and the asus turbo, I'd rather have the 2 fan design vs blower.

Sorry, I didn't include everything in the original post, I am looking at EVGA Precision XOC and even when power limit is up to 120% I am seeing power limit trip from 0-1 when playing games preventing higher clocks than ~1900mhz on core at 100-98% GPU Utilization. This card and most of the 1080ti's are capable of 2000mhz or more with adequate cooling and power. When adjusting clocks manually it will throttle due to power going over 113% even when set to 120% limit, then lowing Core clock etc.

Zotac GTX 1080ti AMP! (NOT THE EXTREME) all for $450 locally! less than 20 hours use supposedly and it sure looked like it in the box. Wow... what a performance difference... 4K gaming really comes into it's own on this card! However... even on stock, yes stock clocks and boost, I can hit the power limit. Long and the short of it, is there a tool like "Maxwell Bios Tweaker" out for Pascal? I Have plenty of power for this card and my system(1000W Corsair) and lots of cooling in optimal ~72 degree F . I would only want to increase the power limit.
