    why 980? 1060 has the exact performance at lower power draw. just a suggestion , not sure if there's reasons for you to get it.

    Used 980 is cheaper. But if I can get a nice deal on a 6GB 1060, I'll obviously get that instead.

    I found the H5 vs H7 was hardly different. Maybe a degree or two, and that just comes down to the fan. Depending on the price difference, I'd just go with the H7.
