coz they know no way in hell are they gonna make any money with Micro transactions in a battle royale game if you have to pay for it, just won't 

and it's completely finished product too , no early access bugs or whatever , all the game-plays ive seen so far had no glitches,  plus i was expecting them to make it a subscription based system in a week or so , but looks like they are intending for it to stay free .  consumers have control on things , game play seems to have no pay to win sorta advantage for now. just cosmetics bump for pay to get ahead.
