  1. Yeah i think im going to go with Sabertooth i just don't use those mini fans, they usually make annoying high pitched noise also 5 year warranty is a good thing.
  2. R4 might have too restricted airflow, what do you think? I was basically going for all black build with Sabertooth but Mpower might do the job just fine as well.
  3. Yeah i came to the same conclusion :D May have to go for Asus Maximus VI Hero or MSI Mpower board instead.
  4. Hey Sabertooth Z87 owners i have a question for you, is thermal armor affecting negatively on your vrm & chipset temperatures without 2 little fans, i'm considering this mobo for a haswell build but i don't wan't to use those 2 annoying little fans.
  5. Exactly this, gameplay is far smoother with 120Hz monitor, i will never go back down to 60Hz.
  6. Nvidia has adaptive vsync http://www.hardocp.com/article/2012/04/16/nvidia_adaptive_vsync_technology_review/
  7. Whoa this is pretty big picture but i'd say that ripjaws match ok with ROG mobo. Corsair Vengeance red high profile New Corsair vengeance pro series red, as said above heat spreaders are more matte red & black
  8. Adaptive vsync gets rid of tearing without noticeable input lag
  9. At least most of them, i think only difference is in the version markings on the face and bridge plates. couple blocks for example which fits. http://www.ekwb.com/news/350/19/Existing-EK-FC-Titan-compatible-with-GeForce-GTX-780/ http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-196-XS http://www.swiftech.com/komodo-nv-gtxtitan.aspx http://koolance.com/vid-nxttn-video-card-vga-nvidia-geforce-gtx-titan-water-block For Titan's memory chips there migh be couple thermal pads in the backplate which you can take off
  10. EVGA let's you take the cooler off without voiding warrantry so that's it is so popular, Palit has 2 year warrantry and has less stuff in the box (cables, adapters etc.) so thats why it is cheaper. I'd say if you are looking for a reference model and you will not take the cooler off then pull the trigger with Palit if it is cheapest.
  11. Try to find used 2500K & Z68 mobo with it, that would be best bang for buck if you can't then 3570K or 4670K with Z77 or Z87 mobo. For GPU used GTX 680, you can save a lot of money if you buy used components, from a reliable seller and in mint condition of course.
  12. Find cheapest reference GTX 780 that you can, only difference in reference cards between manufacturers are warrantry 2 or 3 years ( in some cases it might be longer) and cables/adapters that come with the card.
