Yeah my antec 620 watt psu makes an annoying noise like that. I just let it be, i didn't want to go through another rma ordea. ( had a horrible time with asus's rma policy) in the end i did get my rma for my asus mobo approved

nvm i didnt realize my power plan was on performance. i changed it to balanced and everything is ok

a 780ti will run anything and everything (games) on max settings with 40+ fps 

you could do that, but a single powerful gpu is still better that 2 lesser powerful gpu's when it comes down to power usage, noise, and everyday use.
