I don't think we can expect such a device anytime soon and my guess would be that it should almost five to ten years to reach the market. Hi there, Is there any specific reason for you to go for an 800 watt PSU? RTX 3070 GPU should do just fine with just 650 watt PSU, which is my personal thought. I would recommend that you go for corsair RM650x, which is 650 watt and has adequate power and performance. Other options are cooler master MW650, thermal take tough power grand 650, and EVGA P2. Hello, I was about to talk about the same power saving issue too. Make sure that the power manager is not doing anything when you put the device to sleep. Also, try to switch the windows to sleep using the options menu. You can also try altering the power mode on the USB. Simply select the option of "keeping the USB always on" even when the laptop is in sleep mode. Hope this helps!

Hello there, Since you own a pre-build, I don't think RTX 3080 would do any justice, because most pre-builds have cheap components.
