  2. Hello, I use two different streams for collecting all the latest tech news: one is obviously forums and I feel 95% of all the latest, updated tech news are available there; the second is I run open feed news update in order to stay updated. Cheers!
  3. Hello, I see that you haven't gone for a dedicated GPU is one of your builds, and I would suggest you to go for one, since the performance you attain from it will make a huge difference. Also, the motherboards on both these builds are not up to mark, which means you can opt for a better one for sure. Are you tight on budget? What kind of games do you play? Almost forgot, try to have more RAM as well. Good luck with your build!
  4. Hi there, I use GeForce RTX 2080 on my gaming PC and I am very excited about the launch of RTX 3080, which I feel would pack a punch. I am not sure about the performance metrics and quality levels of the new version. The 3000 series of GPUs should be a great upgrade and I am waiting for hardware reviewers to review it so I can learn more about it. I cannot wait for its launch! Any NVIDIA fans out there? Back me up here, please!
  5. Hello there, This is an issue I have faced and have heard from many of my friends as well. And yes, I know it is really frustrating, and this bug is quite common, as far as I've heard. I ended up watching videos with this issue for several days (I only have my laziness to blame!). But, when I asked about this to a friend of mine was when I understood that it was actually a bug. Only after that, I reinstalled the app, and everything has been fine till now. Do try deleting and reinstalling the app, and I hope it works for you!
  6. Hello, I am an avid gamer myself and I've always thought about maintaining a clean case, but I always end up with dust particles. I run my gaming device for about 12 hours a day and this results in me cleaning it at least once a month. I do clean my PC by completely stripping it down once a year. I don't thing the lack of pcie cover makes any difference; so, all you need to do is clean yours once in a while and you should be good to go. I really hope this helps solve your issue. Cheers!
  7. Hi, This is a great question and a really interesting and useful one at that. I've been using computers for the past 15 years, and in the beginning, I had similar doubts as well. It's not about a particular pattern or course, but just about typing. The more you type, the more you will learn on your own and eventually become an expert. This is the best advice I received from my brother, who types about 150 words per minute. Just stop worrying and start practicing, and you will get the hang of it real soon. Good luck!
  8. Although the brand new of this build will cost you around $3100, used components won't get you anywhere close to the same. But, you can certainly expect to get around $2500. Having set that, $2300 is certainly a fair price, and if I were you, I would take the offer. Hope you get the right price for your device!
  9. Hello, As suggested by many, I don't think you have put together a comprehensive gaming PC build, especially considering the fact that you have a budget of around $1100 and have no intention of upgrading the build in the future. What kind of games do you play the most? Overwatch and Minecraft are my favorite! You could pack in a bit more high performance parts to extract maximum gaming performance from the device. I mainly play games like rocket league, rainbow siix siege and plan to play csgo as im going from a ps4 to a pc also i havent looked much into an amd system would it be better for gaming? Also the case is something called PCS SR-628B RGB gGaming case
  10. Hi there, You have mentioned that you lower the settings on every game. Do you set them at low or medium? Since you are playing Modern Warfare, it is always better to play with the lowest settings. Be sure to disable Vsync. I also agree to the fact that you need to maintain the frame rate in order to ensure a consistent fps. Hope this helps!
  11. Is there any reason for the 16GB RAM? because most of the high performance laptops under $800 only come with 8GB RAM. You could certainly upgrade the same if you want. But, since you have mentioned it specifically, I’d like to suggest some I think are the best according to your RAM, budget, and graphics requirements. Acer Spin 3 is a convertible choice in this range. HP Pavilion X360 runs on a 12GB RAM and is also a strong performer. Dell G5 series laptop comes with 8GB, but you can upgrade to 32GB too. Asus VivoBook S15 is also great.
  12. It would be better if you could share more information on the money you are looking to shell out for this! In my personal opinion, GeForce RTX 2070 Super and Radeon RX 5700 XT should be all-round choices for sure. You could even enjoy some 4K gaming if you want with these installed. If you have a lower budget, then you can go for the GTX 1660 or the GTX 1660 Super. Ultra-cheap models include Radeon RX 550 and GT 1030. I’d be more than happy to share my picks knowing your budget!
