  1. My current setup is a Corsair K95, Corsair Sabre, and a Sennheiser G4ME One.
  2. I have been looking into getting a projector that I could easily use, but I always dismissed them for the costs of the bulbs, the size, or how much i would actually use it. I think the application for this was fantastic, but if you did break in to a place that way, I doubt you would leave all the equipment just lying on the ground. I am interested to see what one could really do with easy access to this kind of equipment. Thanks again for the giveaway.
  3. These peripherals look fantastic. I think the Aria headset looks especially beautiful.
  4. Had an issue with displayports not even working once 355.82 was installed. Go look at the nvidia subreddit. There are a few people with big problems with this new driver. https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/
  5. I updated the build markup to show SLI 970s, but I was planning on going nearly completely ASUS and Corsair for my build other that the drives. The ROG V Extreme and the X99 deluxe are really the only motherboards I am looking at. I am contemplating just waiting for the H110i GT that was announced at CES given that it will release sometime next month.
  6. Oh, I forgot to update the post. I actually had SLI 970s right now, I guess I was more looking for monitor and peripheral recommendations. The 4790k is something I have thought about, but I sort of wanted to keep this motherboard and processer through to my next build, so I wanted to get something more powerful.
  7. 1. Budget & Location I am located in California, so the budget is roughly 3750 USD. I would like to note that I am at least 6 hours away from a Micocenter, so I will not be able to get any of those deals. 2. Aim I will be using this computer mainly for heavy gaming, streaming to Twitch.tv, and likely some video editing. 3. Monitors I plan on running 2 monitors right now. My desk does not really allow for much beyond that. I am aiming for 1440p on my main monitor, and the other monitor would at least need to be 1080p. 4. Peripherals I need to purchase new peripherals. I am looking for a mechanical keyboard that does not use clicky switches, so please no Razer Green switches or Cherry MX Blues. I really want something with RBG lighting which lessens the number of options I will have. I currently have a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2014, but I have been hearing a lot of negativity about build quality from friends who have bought from them in the past few months. I will need an OS, and I was just thinking of getting Windows 8.1 pro. 5. Why are you upgrading? I am upgrading because my older computer is just not keeping up with what I want to do anymore. It is struggling to play the newest titles on high at 1080p, and I am having trouble streaming to twitch.tv above 540p on most games. Other thoughts. You would need to make a powerful argument to get me to shift away from the 5930k even to the 5820k because of the problems I have had before. I want to be able to keep this CPU and Motherboard for at least one more build, so I am going to overspend on it.Thanks for any help you can provide. Hitting under 4k would be easy, but I need all new peripherals and monitors. I am selling my old build to a friend, but this will only mitigate a small amount of the costs. I am having trouble with choosing some peripherals, monitors, and a video card. I understand that the R9 300-series is going to come out within the next couple of months, but I would be waiting for around 6 months for aftermarket cooling solutions to come out. I think it is better if I buy now, possibly sell my video card down the line, and then just buy a new GPU. I need help understanding with differences in monitors too. I see that a nice 1080p 144hz monitor is going be close to what a 1440p monitor would cost, so I don't know which direction to go. Buying the ROG Swift is very pricey and not out of the picture, but it is something I am aware of. I know parts of my build are going to get reactions with how I am overspending, but I am just trying to remedy the issues I had with my previous build. My last build might not have been so bothersome if I had just spent the extra 200 dollars and upgraded to an i7 and a 7950 when I bought. 8. I would definitely turn one of these into a streaming pc. It would definitely be a great present since my birthday is on the first.
  9. Good luck everyone, and click the link!
