    Yeah I would think so. Also try updating/resetting the BIOS if you haven't tried that.

    I would try to run a SFC scan to look for any missing/corrupted files in windows just in case.

    And you are sure its not malware? Remove all other drives and install os to a fully formatted drive.

    and do a cmos reset it may help you with your current pc

    if you just want to move your drive and graphics card it should be fine
