  1. vessel user mrarcadiamine The new server and sl600 mic https://www.vessel.com/videos/X3_DNjcMT https://www.vessel.com/videos/LCoY5zfFf basically I like seeing prosumer and entrepreneur solution footage.
  2. You want to have a core unused for every two gpus for maximum gpu potential, hopefully with the arm processor on nvidias 900 series this ratio will become a relic but for now most GPUs still have to run a lot of code with CPU. If you can enable any more cores beyond that ratio, great do it, just watch for a performance drop off.
  3. Folding. in case you aren't trolling, is the short hand term for protein folding which is almost synonymies with the distributed computing client Folding@Home. Essentially its using a lot of computers to do rapid prototyping and analysis on how to most effectively treat a huge set of diseases like cancers, Alzheimer, various viruses and so many more. Distributed computing is essentially breaking up large workloads into manageable sizes and sending them to other computers. Its less efficient overhead and enerywise than everyone having their own super computer to run through calculation locally but for those who don't want to drive up the price of research it is an absolute necessity unless they have a bunch or unused super computers just idling. On the positive side it takes what are essentially selfish and underutilized devices and helps humanity by churning through more data than most super computers could ever hope to handle. Most of the distributed computer projects also help educate people about what they are doing. for instance ths is what my GPU is doing http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/fahproject.overusingIPswillbebanned?p=13001 CPU is doing http://ned.ipac.caltech.edu/cgi-bin/objsearch?objname=PGC036919&extend=no&hconst=73&omegam=0.27&omegav=0.73&corr_z=1&out_csys=Equatorial&out_equinox=J2000.0&obj_sort=RA+or+Longitude&of=pre_text&zv_breaker=30000.0&list_limit=5&img_stamp=YES Its totally cool and if you're worried about your environmental impact then theres even a project for that. http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/research/cep1/overview.do also providing you have an android device you can use Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing (BOINC) on that too.
  4. Not to make you guys jealous or anyhting but these are the spectaulars of my main folding rig. COME AT ME BRO!!! PLEASE SEND ME BETTER HARDWARE YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYMORE!
  5. I first started watching the groups content when I saw gaps in neweggTV's content. Quickly I became aware of some of the inherent advantages your channels.I watch a lot of tech vids and youtube in general but the work you guys have put in clearly shines through be it volume of content, honesty (afforded by not trying to sell the content directly), or even just having video content I could show to my mom (eventually) to help her understand and be less afraid of computers (motorla razer flip phone and dell pentium 3 with a 20gb hdd) Thank you for your continued effort in supporting me edutainment addiction.
  6. For me ,its gotta be the LG android interface, even though my last phone was kind of a terrible mess (got what I paid for) the UI was amazing and even going to sense there were things thaat seemed less intuitive. Goals for phoneHome media remote and BOINC powerhouse.
  7. Well this phone has a lot going for it. To be honest though its has to be the sound quality that does it for me.
