Who doesn't? I think modern technology didn't made paperwork easier either.

Although now I digitize all my paperwork that I want to seriously retain. It makes it much easier to manage as well. 

Medical paperwork has become a nightmare. There's a form for each insurance company as well as specific forms to give for approvals. Like, why?
