That core i5 4430 (my best guess) will start holding you back.

If you live in Delhi, someone sent me a link where a shop named 'Cost To Cost' had an i3 9100f for about 4000 Indian Rupees, which is a steal. If you can find a cheap H310 motherboard that supports it and some cheap RAM, it might be time to rebuild. That's 5 generations of IPC improvements and it runs at 4.2 GHz, it'll be a lot faster.

Use your existing power supply and case, buy a boot SSD and something like a 1660 super and you're golden.

First get a 120gb or 240gb ssd for your OS and any other frequently used programs. Then maybe another 4gb stick of ram if your motherboard supports it. Also maybe add an RX570 if your psu can support it

If you were to upgrade - at least an extra 4GB of RAM, an SSD and a GTX 1650 Super.

I think a SSD move the OS to that and a RX 5500XT would help a lot!
