  1. Ok thank you so much! Im super relieved that I don’t need to replace this board, thank you so so so so much!
  2. That looks decent to match MSFS Ideal Spec. Maybe wait for RTX3000 so you could get a 2070S (pretty much equivalent to 2080 listed in the MSFS ideal specs) for around the same amount. Or you could go for a RTX3000 card that is equivalent or better to the 2080. Other than that, you match the MSFS ideal specs well! I'd spend less on the motherboard, you don't need much for the 3700X, and you could use the extra for a (more important) better GPU
  3. One more question (sorry) @TofuHaroto and @Mateyyy. Do you know around what VRM tier this mobo would be with active cooling?
  4. I actually have one more question. @Mateyyy mentioned Would using 40mm fan(s) (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00908QLQ0?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1) over the VRM heatsinks help significantly? Could it help allow OC'ed 3900X/3950X without throttling?
  5. Well I mean in terms of noticeable ones you'll see lower fps most likely. Additionally, you may see the CPU usage pegged at 100% and GPU at low usage in games
  6. Thats going to be up to you. Once you get your new GPU, try it out, see if it works for you.
  7. Most likely. The i5 4460 is pretty old at this point. I'd say CPU-wise probably a Ryzen 3 3300X or a Ryzen 5 3600 depending on your budget. In terms of motherboard you don't need anything too fancy. You can filter by your criteria on PCPartPicker then look through options in your price range.
  8. Would the 3900X be any different than the 3950X @Mateyyy? Like would I be able to leave the cooling config basically like I would a 3700X
  9. Ok thank you! I am not sure whether I will actually ever upgrade, I just wanted to know whether I would have the option. I will set my fans up like that with my 3700X as well.
  10. Hello! I have an X570 Gaming Plus motherboard. I know about its poorer VRM performance compared to similarly priced units. I am wondering whether it could power a 3950X at stock speeds (for future upgradability). I have seen people use the 3900X with it. As I said before, I am not planning on overclocking
