Hi guys So I am wondering if it is fine to leave everything as is. I recently built an x99 platform computer and everything boots up fine into the os just fine. I am just wondering should I be worried about the Q code saying 01 on it rather then AA? Motherboard is : Asus Deluxe II with a i7 6800k PSU is ax860i SSD: 850 pro nvme , 840evo, and a hhd

Anyone have any idea which x99 motherboard brand or motherboard is reliable and stable? Alot of reviews from newegg have x99 motherboard with only 3 stars... the only brand i will not buy again is msi because of a bad experience with them. And i already know x99 is going to be overkill for normal people... Budget is 500 dollars. i was thinking asus, but alot of post online say that their current boards tend to fry cpus so IDK. And is ASUS customer services as bad as they say now? I heard they have a pretty bad rep in the last couple of years.

dont think you need 8 cores for gaming anytime in the future. u could go skylake if you dont need the extra cores -
if you're going mainly for gaming x99 is way overkill

i wouldnt cheap out on the case if your buying a x99 platform. spending so much money on parts you probably want a good case to put them in.

So the main problem is there is a decent amount of interference in this appt. what is a good router to get? no need for ac since i dont have anything other then my phone that can use ac wireless
