  2. I was looking from 100- 300 just for the motherboard. I just want a good motherboard that I won't need to upgrade for a while.
  3. What is the best motherboard for the ryzen 5 3600. I will mainly use this pc for gaming and some light video editing. I was looking at the Asus Tuf x570-plus motherboard. I don't know if I should go with b-450 or x570 I want to use this pc for a long time.
  4. alright thanks for the info I have a R5 3600 so i won't be seeing much of a difference then
  5. ok thanks I mainly use it for gaming so won't be seeing much of a improvement there
  6. Is there any noticeable difference by going with a 4x4 config rather then the 8x2 config? just curious
  7. It won't be that old but it will still be old by the time the "3080ti" comes out intel will most likely release the 10th gen cpus for desktop making your current cpu almost 2 gens old which is not that bad but since you are going custom loop then you should consider getting a better cpu.
  8. Your key should be fine as long as you sign back into the same account that the key is linked to.

  11. by the looks of it, yes it does look like it does. Because your socket is listed on the nzxt website https://www.nzxt.com/products/kraken-z63
  12. what kind of drive is windows installed on?
  13. Build looks really good. For the power supply I would go for something like this https://pcpartpicker.com/product/R2mxFT/corsair-power-supply-cp9020103na But the one you have there is good too just in case you want to upgrade later you can.
  14. Yes the motherboard might need some bios updating which is not hard to do but you will need a older cpu to do it which amd offers a free cpu so that you can update the bios. But most motherboards are compatible out of the box as long as it says ryzen 3000 gen ready then you should be good

  16. There are some dual fan gpus but I don't know if that will fit in your case https://www.amazon.com/ZOTAC-GAMING-GeForce-2070-SUPER/dp/B07TLGLWX2/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=2070+super+itx&qid=1587481709&s=electronics&sr=1-4
  17. the motherboard might need a bios update so that the ryzen 5 3600 cpu will work with the motherboard. But it should be compatible and have the latest bios version. You can check by looking and seeing if it says ryzen 3000 gen compatible that means it has the latest version of bios already installed on it and you won't need to do anything. Otherwise you will need a older cpu which I think amd still offers free cpus so that you can update your bios. It is not that hard of a process to do.

  19. Basically what the title says. Just wanna know if there is much of a benefit or will it overclocking it make it worse?
  20. So the best cooler IMO on that list is the NH-D15 and the Dark Rock Pro 4 but those are also one of the hardest to install as your case is really small. If you plan to do light overclocking then the NH-U2s it your best bet. The H80i is a good choice also but it is probably as expensive if not more than the other coolers on this list and it doesn't offer the same amount of cooling as the NH-D15 and the Dark Rock Pro 4. Also amd is a better choice as of right now.
