I mean, it depends on what you're doing.

The CPU is more powerful than the graphics card when it comes to gaming. You could probably get more raw gaming performance by getting a 3600x and a 2070 super. That being said, you won't have a bad experience at all with a 3700x and a 2060 super, and if you're planning on streaming or doing any CPU-heavy work, the extra CPU horsepower will help.

HardBoiled got a reaction from Tika in How big is the download for Assetto Corsa?
Steam games are usually compressed over download. The 15gb number reflects how much disk space it will take. It will probably be a significantly smaller download, but it's very difficult to guess how much.

On average, Steam compresses somewhere around 30%. No guarantees, but expect an approximately 10GB download.

Take that with a grain of salt. Could be way more, could be way less - unfortunately there's no way to perfectly predict it.
