You have 4GB of RAM. I'm surprised the game runs at all.
It means a lot of the game goes into the pagefile, on your SSD/harddrive, slowly down everything.

While playing, what is the CPU's utilization percentage?

This is an example of the effort I've put in for the last week so far. I dont run the CPU because F@H tends to... run it hot. But the project I'm working on is part of the Covid-19 as stated below, this is nothing but a small part but it is a piece of a much larger puzzle to stop the spread of Covid-19. It is your choice to help or not, but do not expect some kind of reward out of it, it is rather something you get involved into when you want to do something for the greater good when there is nothing else to do in times like these...

FYI im under Quarantine for the next 10 days...

Sometimes these external housings use PCIE rather than Sata3, I would recommend checking compatibility. I've personally experienced this as I had a M.2 external housing and tried the same thing, but nothing.

If your friend needs it right now this is the laptop. Otherwise tell them to wait for the A15 or FA506 which is likely going to drop in the next week or two.
I can do one better. (same laptop RTX 2060 $999)

I would wait for the Ryzen 4000 series laptops to come out, for two reasons. One, it would drop the price on other laptops. And two, these new Ryzen 4000 series laptops might fall in that price point.

This on the otherhand is on sale and asus makes good products.

I've been building computers for awhile, but not quite as nice as this. I've used Linus' advice in cable management and was impressed with the results.

    Build Specs:
AMD Ryzen 3 3700X clocked at 4.0GHz MSI X570 Pro Gaming Carbon Wifi Nvidia Gigabyte GTX 1080 OC edition Gskill Trident Z Neo 32gb (2x16gb) kit clocked at 3600MHz 4 Cooler Master ARGB 120R fans 2 Corsair white led 140mm fans NZXT kraken-m22 PSU Corsair AX 760i (80 PLUS PLATINUM Rating) 2 x 1TB Western Digital REDS 2 x 2TB Seagate Barracuda 1 x 250gb Samsung 760 Evo Sata
Case made by Cooler Master - NR600. For an inexpensive case, that looks great and functions fantastic, I would recommend this case to anyone. It is a mid tower design that can fit up to 4 3.5 inch drives, and 5 2.5 inch SSD's 3 on the shroud and 2 behind the board. Ran Prime 95 on the computer for about an hour, no faults or crashes, build is stable. I would clock the processor higher, but not with a single 120mm NZXT AIO. The max temps seen on this unit when running Prime 95 was 80C (176F) according to HWMonitor.
