It seems like you havent connected the front panel cables, so the power/reset button and such, wont work

Wow, okay. First off, you might want to do a bit of cable management. And yeah, it looks like you didn't connect the power button to your front panel?

Please reference your Motherboard Manual and plug in the front panel connectors. As this appears to be the reason your computer is not turning on.
