What kind of fps drops are we talking about? What power plan are you on?

since i added my third monitor i'm unable to get 320 fps as i'm used to when i had two.
i'm running with a 2700x and a 2080. Right now i just have 120-150 so it might be because of your cpu single core performance is getting capped?

Nobody should use Speccy. Use something reliable like hwmonitor or hwinfo.
