360 aio and 5ghz overclock stress for couple of hours hard-core style, if it survives ull be fine. What was you deciding it with? A gold mining hammer? Did u use a proper de-lidding tool? Like Romans one or cheap one? Human error? What exactly happened

I suspect the bios isn't supported, there was a another of b450 boards that didn't ship and 3000 ready. Its worth check also if u need a pair of sticks to boot. Not common but on a low end board ya never know. Imo I'm sure its bios version. U can contact amd and they can send u a loner cpu, prob be a athlon cpu of sorts so u can update bios and send the cpu back. 

no it should be fine, monitor quality depends on the amount you can go by, i had a 60hz monitor and at 1080 i can go to 67hz, not much but make a noticeable difference in games, due a upgrade soon but thought id share my thoughts
