it was working properly till this morning but after launcher update it starts giving this error and started crashing

yes you will need to upgrade your psu because 3070 minimum requirement is 650watt, but this wont do it either as rtx 3000 series spikes so it might trip even 650watts go for like 750 - 800wats

RX 570 is good, just upgrade the monitor. If you have the budget to upgrade both graphic card and monitor then go for it too.
