That is essentially what my goal is. I just need a platform that offers it. Which is my main question. I have been looking for a platform for multiple years. Since before Twitch implemented their "Bits" feature which made me laugh. We had the same idea back then. They were just a multi-million dollar company that had the power to get a provider or make their own, I'm one person.

I'm a novice web dev working on a few personal projects. One of which recently hit 1k registered users. I utilize ads on the site in a limited fashion. The result of which is maybe 1 cent a week from 200-300 users. I also offer the option for users to disable ads without even needing an ad blocker. I am also without the ability to create merchandise, nor have the popularity for people to buy them, not to mention, the unreliable nature of page ads. I need a way to encourage support without being needy or greedy.

I'm not the type of person to beg for someone to subscribe to a Patreon (Even though one is available). So my best option is to implement a rewarded video ad platform into my projects. Offering on-site currency for use to buy features. Unfortunately, I have had absolutely no luck on finding a platform that doesn't require me to have >=500,000 visitors a month. The ones without such a requirement only offer it for platform apps on iOS or Android.

Is there anyone who knows of a platform that does this?

I attempted to utilize a service called AppLixir. It was the only one that offered it to anyone. It appears the website is broken and the company went quiet a long time ago. Leading me to believe it's just a defunct company that never took down their website. The blog on the site is still posting, but it looks like it's just an SEO rank building tool possibly for a potential domain sale or something.
