    As most people said, depends on resolution and games and settings, but this seems like a very balanced system overall.

    Is the monitor 1440p? If so then play at 1440p because 1080p on a 1440p monitor does not look good. I don't know of a 165hz 1080p monitor and know of many 165hz 1440p monitor so that is the only reason I asked.
