  1. oh i will have to keep my eyes open and grab some of these if i see some would like to try them for sure
  2. might not be for flex or multi-strand but i have used on both and works fine as it SHOULD NOT be permanent and the most off the wall use for me so far is a solid core cat 6 patch of one pair worked well for the 2 weeks till my 1000' box of cat 6 showed up and i was able to replace the 30' run
  3. the one i posted i got that pack from amazon in late 2022 and have been awesome but yes since 2023 and on i have not bought from amazon i got 2 more packs from a electrical good company (as amazon hasn't been in my good books lately either, since Louis Rossmann has shown how much amazon cares for ppls safety )
  4. so i was watching "I have been betrayed - AMD $5,000 Ultimate Tech Upgrade" and you again taped up wires !! video below to timestamp. Please buy some of these wago connectors https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0959QJQNC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ... ive been using them for about 2-3 years now and haven't had a problem at all with them (tho as in above video , I would 100% recommend to buy a new cable still) but with the connectors it would save you 10 mins and is WAY safer (tho i still do a tape job when cant find my box of wago)
  5. i have had my pair of them for 2 months or so (neckband for 2 weeks) and love them don't do a lot of gaming on them but i use them to watch movies lots and the plex app on the neckband is nice can watch stuff anywhere on the 2ach lot im at lol. the walk and use sux lol dont recommend (I like to think of it as a larger screen i can use while being alot more comfy then a office chair, like laying down/back in a lazy boy or hammock) and as for the bad yup 100% agree wish there was a config to adjust the screen placement per eye to fix the cut off bottom kinda stuff (tho i find taking the nose adjustment piece out and not putting one in seems to line it up best for me)
  6. ya i have never heard of this before it would be interesting but i have used a Pi (and Arduino) as a tv box before worked well (but as a complete guess i would say it would take unsoldering for rom chips and manuly flashing things and thats only if you would have the files that would work on the device to begin with)
  7. SATA1~2 ports will be unavailable when installing the M.2 SATA interface module in M.2 slot. SATA3~4 ports will be unavailable when installing the M.2 PCIe interface module in M.2 slot i dont see a PCI lane drop but if you have sata drives in they might not work
  8. i have had the go around awhile ago but on about a $100 item but let that go, this one ima chase
  9. amazon basically said not there problem but i will call the seller see if they will be a proper business . and yup i should have looked closed all i saw was fulfilled by amazon didnt think about who seller was (and a lawyer isn't out of the question if it gets to that)
  10. its doable even on soldered IHS its just alot more tricky and takes skill lol i dont think i could do it and i know i can swap hdd headers lol
  11. lol its past claim/refund date by 4 days they wont to crap haha and after going thru 3 ppl and they sent the email after covering the details it lists the wrong item in it even tho they said its name ()12900ks multiple times
  12. PS i tried to buy thru intel just as i did when i bought my 9900KS but had no luck might need to try again (haha wishful thinking)
  13. and tired lol its in full Intel packaging all documents there and pic below so i didnt think twice about it i put it in board and ram in and put it back in box, that was the 12th of may ish, then i waited for more parts, got them 3 days before i had to drive half way across Canada lol. now that i got here i put it all together and BAM Intel Pentium Gold G7400 lol . AS ALWAYS amazon was usless 4 days past claims cutoff so need to phone up the store that sold thru amazon in the day now
  14. so i bought a 12000ks on amazon.ca and got a lga1700 Intel Pentium Gold G7400 haha my luck on phone now with amazon so will post an outcome once i get one lol
  15. then i would guess it would auto detect a new drive letter. ive only done this once about 2 years ago and had no issues myself but a sample size of one isnt that good haha
