Indeed it does, but it's at its limits right know, if Valve wants to make HL3 more immerse then ever, then they would have to ship out a new engine that breaks the current engines limits.

Of course they will, Gabe even confirmed it in some of his letters and interviews. Why would valve ship a new game with an almost 10 year old engine.

I agree, but they are mostly not gonna do anything, BETA has become more of a marketing strategy rather then improving the quality of the game. DICE never fixed any issues in the BF3 beta so don't expect anything from this too.

No the Kraken's first off are a new gimmick that Razer is trying to market trough out people by using celebrities, second the headset isn't worth any money because the sound stage and base is just utterly terrible. Assuming you are willing to spend 80 dollars on a pair of headphones I would recommend the Sony MDR-v6, or a pair of Superlux HD-688B with a desktop amplifier, I would recommend any of the FiiO's that fit your budget. -
