  1. Hi Guys, I have some 2 x DDR3 RAM modules, can I install them in my 2019 iMac? Hardware: OLD machine RAM: elpida 4gb 2rx8 pc3-12800s-11-10-f3 What I want to install with: Micron 4ATF51264HZ-2G6E3 4GB DDR4 2667 MHz Dont want to eff-up my machine, hence the question. The picture is from the internet and not mine, its just showing the exact make and model of ram.
  2. Self-Powered PC Fans which blow fans, which blows fans, which then, in turn, blows even more fans that make electricity like a dynamo or even a dynamo? Or those transformers which increase the voltage from low to higher maybe? Some sort of crazy jank monster which all the engineers at LMG can Frankenstein up.
  3. In know its more Lan ports, but... I'd go Powerline if you have a spare power socket next to where you need it from, and one to where its needs to be by. You can add them to an extension lead, but that's not advisable... but it still works. Let your home be the network. The trouble is that you will need more if you need to connect more than 2-3 machines... but you could always just unplug and plugin somewhere else in your home. 4. Can you answer the below questions... they take up a lot of space: Whats your OSX version? Do you use Adobe Software? What browser are you using? Some versions of OSX have different ways of getting back some storage space and browsers sometimes like to leave a lot of junk behind. I take it that you have emptied your trash and deleted the contents in the downloads folder!
  5. Yes indeed that would help. Heres what I have. Two of these: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bluetooth-Projector-WiMiUS-Keystone-Zoom-50/dp/B099WRDHTL Just the one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/ViewSonic-M1-Ultra-Portable-Projector-Speakers/dp/B078WG5P4W/ref=asc_df_B078WG5P4W/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=310818808494&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=13290414989444586080&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9045509&hvtargid=pla-449470901666&psc=1 Thank you GuiltySpark_
  6. Hi hope this is in the correct forum type. I have 3 projectors with 3 different videos that I want to play at the same time. I have 1 projector on the garage roof, 1 inside the house which is rear projecting on a white curtain and 1 projector projecting the 3 pumpkins you see on Halloween. All my videos are the same length, so when they repeat they won't be out of sync when looping. But the trouble is, I cannot be in 3 places at once with remote controls for each projector. I've tried with mobile phones with 3 people, but that like a 1s to 2s or even 3s delay. I don't mind spending [some] money for something that will help with 3 simultaneous videos being played at the same time. Pro stuff is too expensive for what I need it for. All I can think of is 3 machines with extremely long HMDI cables and pressing 3 button at the same time... but I don't think HMDI leads work at about 10+m's do they. I also don't mind doing crazy jank stuff that might work... any suggestions are welcome. I have at my disposal: Full Suite of Adobe CC, ethernet cables, switches, 3 computers (PC and 2 x MAC), 3 projectors (HDMI, USB 2.0 and 3 inputs. Thank you in advance.
  7. 'The Office' meets the 'IT Crowd' You have so many good hosts and staff that both the acting skills and comedy delivery are excellent, to say the least imo. Why not have a show, once a year, that tells a comical or fun story of how LMG became what it is today? You have years of happy, sad and heartwarming stories!!!! You have writers, the equipment and you have the product placement right there on shelves, plus you have high production values... oh and this segway to your sponsor.
  8. I'm kinda getting a feeling that there will be no more AMD Tech Upgrades . I really hope I'm completely wrong.
  9. Hay Luke, try this, if not already looked at. https://livefreehc.com/blog/mini-split-leaking-water-why-its-leaking-and-how-to-fix-it/
  10. Future tech from the past. I remember way way back about a cube the size of a cube of sugar could hold data. In this video clip (18:20) back in 1991 was the future back in my day... oh look at the special film for vr heasets back then (14:45). Now old tech that could be useful now, would make a good vid.
  11. Hi, I have a great idea for a video, but only need to tell one person for now what it is, as it needs to be kept a secret, as it would ruin the whole thing. It probably is too hard to do for just one person to produce, plus it would most definitely need an expert... not saying what type of expert for now, but think a place in Vancouver can help you out with it. What/where or who is best to send suggestion to for 'Channel Super Fun' without telling everyone?
  12. Here is my submission to what I would love to have as a wallet. The main issue with wallets I think is that they get stretched at the spine... dont know how it would work with money when they are kept in flat, but they can be folded to fit either side. Silk inside to help slide. RFID most definitely for the cards. The coin section could go on the inside or if on the outside... which would need to be able to not get stuck in you back pocket. The fold out coin section on the inside probably will be tricky or impossible. The only fail point that might happen is the press stud to close the coin section. Edit: Where the cards go should be so hard that it cannot bend tto much, as I've had wallets bend my cards because I have it in my back pocket all the time. So I've kept them in a small thin metal card holder to stop from bending in my wallet. Just an idea.
