My 3570k oc'd to 4.7ghz doesnt even come close to my ryzen 2600x at stock speed. And my 3770k doesnt clock any higher with only 4 more threads. And doest feel a single bit faster I  general use or gaming. Both been dumped in trash boards for folding and bit mining. I'd go with a 1600af and a 16gb 3200mhz ram kit. And just pic a b450 board that you like. Reuse your PSU and current case if you can. And if you got the money grab a rx580 best budget gpu I've used. 

If i remember correctly. They released a pc version. I think its in epic games.

I got this sound card which is an x-fi xtreme 1100 or something back when I was in school and discovered my amp would function properly from the pc via optical cables, this ati gpu have saved me from being unable to use windows when my gpus have died from excessive ocs  sadly the sound card is dead gpu works like perfect still. I also have my old xp laptop that uses a nvidia 320go or something. along with the games I used to play on it.
